They probably have around 15-20 flavors to choose from. I was boring and had the chocolate and hazelnut, and both were really delicious - not too sweet, and the right creamy texture. The prices were reasonable at 2€ for a small, then going up to 2,40€, 3€ for the cup/cone. For the larger sizes, it's 4€ for the large cup, and 6€ for the largest. It's a bit more expensive if you get it in a cone for the larger sizes. Overall, a great spot for gelato if you're in Florence. I did find my other 2 favorites close by, which I thought were better than this place (see my other reviews!)

I'd walk right by Caffe' Fossi, and made it a routine in the morning to stop for a cappucciuno and cornetto (and fresh squeezed OJ on some days). Its a short walk from Santa Maria Novella Basilica. The staff are super friendly, coffee delicious, and the large windows slide open so that it feels very open air in the nice weather. This place feels like a local coffee shop (although a fair smattering of tourists stop in). I felt at home here, and welcomed, and loved their pastry/coffee options. I had not had a chance to order an affogato since I arrived in Italy. I was always ordering espresso everywhere. Of course I jet inside to the quick moving line, maybe 10 people... and ordered the pistacio affogato not regular. To my surprise it was a scoop of pistacio gelato with coffee poured in the middle. Topped with a pistacio nut rim. It was amazing and so flavorful. I could have drank 10 more. I hadn't walked Florence since I mostly did day trips so I had just one. I will remember it forever, dream about it and added to my blessed and grateful list! This is a must visit place in Florence.
