Vegan croissant with mixed berry filling

Love the deal that includes a croissant/pastry and a coffee for 2€. The vegan croissant has to be one of the best croissants I have ever had! Also, if you want to take these to go they let you do so for 1€ extra. Located close to the train station making it a good stop along the way, or for any quick breakfast needs. Staff is super friendly as well, and they accept credit card!

Walking by I thought this was just another cafe but once I went in I realized this place was amazinggg. They have gelato, lattes, croissants, canolis, tiramisu, pizza- everything that you need to feel like you are having the true Firenze experience. I got a little excited and ordered a bunch of things, all of which were GREAT. The barista was very friendly and the service was accommodating. Happy I stumbled into this cute spot.

Cappuccino and an assortment of pastries. Try the chocolate lobster tail ones. They were amazing!

The cannoli here used to be amazing. They've changed the recipe and they are not nearly as good anymore. Not worth the 4 euro price tag.

Love love their gelato! It's homemade and the pesca (peach) had lil bits of peaches in it and the vanilla was super good too! Soo yum!

This review is long overdue for our visit back in November of 2024. I was looking up Nduja recipe…read moreand reminded myself this was the place that initiated my love for Nduja sauce. American/Aussie owned bakery brunch spot by the river, such a cute little eatery. We loved our visit and though it's definitely more of a touristy spot, as most customers spoke English, the food was delicious to forgo the tourist trappy vibes. We shared a plate and added some items as we didn't want to get too stuffed on our first day of Florence. We had the Nduja Eggs plate with bacon and avocado added. Nduja is a spicy Calabrian pepper spreadable pork sauce, and oh boy was it so flavorful. If I remembered correctly, Melaleuca spread this sauce on top of a fried bread and eggs. I don't see it on the menu at the moment and it's probably a rotatable dish... but it definitely kicked started my hunt for the sauce. Since this is a spreadable pork, it's not something I could bring back to the US but I was able to find it online back home. The service was amazing and the beverages were delicious. Like many Italian places, the dining room is small and bathroom is a single small room that might require a small wait if they're busy. Didn't get to try their baked goods this last time, but definitely on our list to go back for more when we're back to Florence for a visit.
