First of all, I read the reviews and I just want to say I had nothing but an amazing experience here. The facility was clean, I had no problems scheduling, and they were running on time. Ariana was lovely. She explained how the machine works. I'd only ever done closed machine colonics but I really found the open method less harsh and more pleasant. Once I was left alone, it was up to me to handle my treatment which I actually preferred. I was offered an abdominal massage machine and Ariana was available if I needed her during my treatment. I felt great when I was done. She was a pleasure to work with and a pleasure to speak with. Coming from the northeast the prices here are a bargain! I wouldn't hesitate to come here again when in town. I've suffered from a lot of GI issues and it's nice to know there's a place I can go to when I'm traveling. Five stars! This was my first initial visit at Nola Colonics, I made an appointment several time during CoVID and everytime a appointment was made, I couldn't make it. This time I was determined to make my appointment. It was crazy because the receptionist remembered me, which gave me more comfortability about my second treatment. Once I arrived , I was greeted and asked if I wanted water, the facility was clean, tranquil, and soothing. The process takes about 30 to 45 minutes to complete. This was my first time doing a Colonics and this was not a great experience. I had a 5pm appt. I walk in and the receptionist is friendly. She tells me I have to fill out first time patient intake form. Fumbles around paperwork, looks through different filing folders for a few minutes and tells me there isn't anymore. Shows me someone's else's filled out form and tells me does anything apply to me. First thought , that's different. She proceeds to take me to the room, doesn't really go into deep explanation of what is going to happen. Basically lay on the table lower yourself on to the table and insert the tube and the flushing will begin. She puts lube on the tube, never washed her hands or put on gloves but was just touching a million things looking for that intake form just 2 mins prior. That was an issue. I was basically in the room by myself the entire time after that. I had no idea this was not that vacuum kind of colonics or that you literally had to push the whole time until it already began and I was in excruciating pain and ringing the bell for her to come back. This girl was running back and forth between me and another patient. I was sweating and feeling sick. She offered me a robe if I wanted to take off my shirt and this robe was dry and dingy like it was used 1000 times. By time it was over and I asked additional questions about the process I was hit with" oh yeah I forgot to tell you that" this appointment was not all what I expected. I should have anticipated this considering the price is much cheaper than the competition in the area. My go to spot for maintenance. I love how close it is and comfortable, clean and cozy the environment happens to be. The staff is amazing, Very genuine and caring. I actually had one of the most extreme cleansing sessions I've ever experienced today and really racked my body. And the staff was so attentive, there just enough (an amazing balance between being hands on and giving me a bit of space). Appointments work like clockwork, and I never have to wait (in the well appointed waiting area), I'm able to go Str8 to my private room, which allows me dress comfortably for the Equation. We call for an appointment and was told to come at 6:00. Then they called and said they could take us early so we went right away. We arrived, were asked to complete paperwork, and then told that we were walk-ins and were not a priority because other customers had an appointment. This seemed strange since we were told to come early. It was a total waste of our time. There were customers waiting m. The attendant mentioned that she had been there since 9:00 AM and if we were to get the service she would have to work late so I thought it was a total insult. Then the attendant became extremely confrontational, told us she didn't know what are problem was and said we were talking amongst ourselves. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectful in any business establishment ever. read more

I have nothing but great feelings about this place! Nola was in desperate need of a detox spa and this is it! Infrared sauna, colonics, alkaline showers...to name a few! Zan, the woman who runs it, is a very experienced RN, so I felt super safe and comfortable knowing she was a healthcare professional. My colonic experience was the first of many to come...I will leave those details out though because it's a bit personal and varies from person to person - the fact is the facility is SUPER clean and serene. Doesn't have the "clinic-y sterile" feel. More like a med spa ‍‍. I was a super "needy" client and Zan was very professional and kind about all my concerns and questions! I want to be honest because I read other glowing reviews on google and was excited to try this place. I ignored the ones that gave me a forewarning because there weren't that many.Take your money elsewhere. Here is my experience. I made an appointment for my husband and myself and paid the deposit. On the day of our appointment set by them, I got a call asking if we could come 15 minutes later because they were having a heating issue and the place was cold. I said yes. When we arrived, the gate to parking was closed, so I called and was told the technician "caught a flat tire" on the way and would be there in 30 minutes. This was unacceptable as we were already behind schedule. We were then offered 2 free services for my husband and myself. I was perturbed by my time being wasted, but what can you do? This was November 23rd. I told the person I would be traveling and would reschedule when I had the time to do it, as I travel a lot. Fast forward to last week. I called and left a detailed voicemail about the situation and received a return call. The person obviously hadn't listen to the voicemail and said "we don't check voicemails" I was flabbergasted that a business would say that, so I explained everything all over again and the person on the phone said I could not redeem an appointment because their policy states that a deposit is only good for 30 days. I also asked if I could just use that deposit I paid for myself only because my husband could not use it. I was told deposits were non-transferable. Again I am flabbergasted because no one ever said any of these things before. I was told the owner would call me back. That didn't happen, so after a week I sent a text hoping they did check text messages since they don't check voicemails. I immediately got a return call from a manager who told me that the person I spoke to previously was actually the owner but she doesn't like to handle these matters. BIG RED FLAG! Why lie? By now I could see this company was very unprofessional and ignorant. Now I don't want to deal with them at all because I had no confidence. The manager assured me that my money was good for whenever I wanted to use it. I asked that she send that to me via text and she said she would do it right away. That text never came. Today I texted them to find out when I would be receiving confirmation of our phone convo. I received the most astoundingly rude response. I could not believe a business would conduct themselves in such an unprofessional manner. Who does that? The building and premises looks lovely, but it is a very shoddily run business who for $75 dollars ran off a potential repeat customer. I read their policies while speaking with the manager and nowhere does it state anything that was told to me by the owner. I hate that I have to write such a negative review, but if I had heeded the reviews I read I would not have even tried. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED, and should you decide to patronize I hope you have the experience of the glowing reviews! Good luck! read more
