Service was sub par for 3 "deluxe" pedicures. Save your money! The only difference I could tell was that we got extra lotion. The massages were weak, as the techs were more interested in talking to each other. I brought my mother in law and wife in here and each time we were talked to by the techs they immediately turned to each other and gossiped and laughed for some reason. I absolutely would not recommend and I will not be back. I was rushed through a manicure and pedicure I paid ( and tipped) well for. I asked for a dip manicure and a pedicure. I received both in 50 minutes. I did NOT receive a dip manicure, but rather a gel manicure. The gentleman was obviously intent on getting me in and out as quickly as possible. He proceeded with what he wanted to do rather than listening to what I wanted/needed. He half filed my feet, leaving rough places that I had to try to fix when I got home. My daughter went in for a fill-in and repair of two nails. She didn't get them too long, coffin shape which was already on her existing set, no jewels or anything fancy just pink polish which they pushed her to do gel for $15 more then told her to choose metallic and she said no and he pushed on how nice it would be. He ruined the shape of a few of them and charged her for a full set with upgrade because of the metallic polish! $90 for this service. I never even got a chance to look at colors she said me down and shoved the gel colors in front of my face. I said I don't want gel. I have been going to Noir for over two years and have been very satisfied. They are very competent, on time and my nails always look great. I get the dip-powder process which is not offered in all salons. The only drawback is the staff are all Vietnamese and a number of them don't speak much English. If you think you are going to the nail salon for gossip and chatting, this is not always possible! However if you want a great nail job by friendly and polite technicians, this is the place. Price is not cheap, but on a par for other nail salons I have gone to in the past. I've had my nails (toes and hands) done here LOTS of times and it is always great. My nails remain healthy and strong with this process. I can't understand the bad reviews others have posted. they don't jibe with my experience at all. read more

I've been going here for over a year, but they always have new people and the last three times, the service has not been good. They rush you in and out and the quality suffers. This past time, the man doing my pedi would not let my toes dry while I relaxed for 10 minutes n the massage chair. Instead, he attempted to put my sandals on right away so I could dry under the light and bumped one of my big toes n the process. Instead of removing the polish, he applied another clear coat. My 10 year old daughter was just given a "full set" when her father took her for a surprise manicure. Both assumed she was getting the child's "10 and under manicure" because she is a 10 YEAR OLD CHILD!!! When asked if she wanted a full set she thought it meant they painted all the nails the same. When I saw what had happened I took her back and demanded they be removed and that I be provided a full refund. I asked that her nails be redone with the child's gel manicure. I received the refund and gladly paid for the new (age appropriate) manicure. I thought the issue was resolved until the lady that redid her nails (blue streaks in hair and very very rude) blamed me for the situation. Apparently I should have been with her and prevented the situation from happening. How can I prevent something I didn't know was happening?! This business took advantage of my child and my husband who clearly didn't know what was being asked. It doesn't take a genius to know that children do not typically get a "full set" . I had been a long time customer going on 3 years. Had the worst experience with the rudest tech when my usual nail guy is out of town. She asked me if "I was okay and maybe I should just wait for him to return" when I tried to express I didn't like the nails. She destroyed my nails. One broke causing injury just hours after being done. It ripped my real mail and the pain was excruciating. Brand new nails should be strong and basically impossible to break. 3 others are breaking and bubbling up at the bottom and I'll have to go elsewhere to get them soaked off. I returned to get them fixed and she attempted to gaslight me saying it was my fault. I expressed I didn't want her to fix them due to her attitude and she raised her voice and said I wasn't getting a refund. Which I never requested. I'll be disputing the purchase as I've spent thousands over the years spending over $150 every 2-3 weeks and this was not worth $85+ tip. Well I had a pedicure done there right after my cancer diagnosis. Needless to say they looked like my two year old nephew had painted them. The guy didn't ask nor did he stop the chair which is what all salons are supposed to do. The guy was new however he shouldn't have been doing nails at all ! Came in to get my nails done in 3/19 paid 75 dollars to get my nails done tipped him 5 so 80 dollars altogether. On 3/20 A DAY later! One nail broke. I called them and they were closed. Expectable due to it being Sunday. Called again Monday all day long now I have 3 nails broke and didn't even feel them break off. I left a message that Monday continued to call up until now on 4/2 and still no response. I have literally 5 nails that broke in a few days after getting them done and I'm pretty pissed that they can't even checked their messages and follow up with dissatisfied customers!! The last few times I have been in they have been horrible. Last time the nail tech made me bleed . I decide today 02/10 to give them another chance. My friend and I arrived at 10:15 am his pedicure finished by 1045. I sat there until 1130 in an unbusy nail salon before someone came and started my pedicure. We left at 1230 assured that everything was good to go. I have had on sandles all day I get home at 3:00pm and cross my foot ontop of a blanket and my toes stick to it and rip the nail polish off. I am beyond mad and will NEVER go back to this establishment. Now I have to shell out more money to get it fixed before my nephews wedding. This was my first time coming here. I came here to get a full set of acrylics, thinking it would only be $28 but ended up being $43. My nails look amazing and the girl took her time to make sure they looked perfect. She didn't make conversation, she only talked to me to tell me what to do, but I am not really much of a talker myself so I prefer that. My only issue is she did not ask if I wanted normal nail polish or if I wanted gel. She went ahead and gave me gel polish which ended up costing me more than I expected. They do an excellent job here! My favorite place to get a pedicure! I don't really get my nails done that often but I got a full acrylic set done before my wedding and they turned out beautifully!
