Sione confirmed were in the house I wanted the items placed. I was very concerned that my new vinyl flooring was not damaged as the teak root was extremely heavy. They did a great job, very courteous, and made sure the piece was centered to the wall. Too bad the lady who called in the morning of the delivery had a "sour" attitude. Otherwise, I would have given it a 5-star rating.

I've purchased several items at INspiration on Kapiolani but since I was in the area for other reasons I though why not give this locations peek since they do have lots of options for all types of furnishings. Obviously located in Kapolei Commons which is amazing as there's lots of free parking options you can find them all the way at the end after Target near the theater which is nice that we didn't have to fight to find a stall as it can get quite busy in that part of the shopping center. Walking into the spacious showcase floor we were greeted by a staff to a point that we didn't need any assistance at the moment as we started to look for a chair...yup just a simple single chair which sounds easier than done we came here knowing that they do have a great selection to choose from and found prices from $79 to $499 for a single chair lol! All the way in the back there is a section that they consider the "outlet" prices which looked the same as the rest of the prices so it didn't seem like it was a discount as one was a floor model that should be the obvious discounted price to offer but didn't find anything in that section. With that we did find a chair that fit all the boxes that we were looking for and found the sales staff to finalize the sale and as she did her thing we paid and was given the chair as I asked if they had it in stock to the answer she replied yes they did..yay! She walked over and gave us the chair from the floor...and said this was it? To her defense it was New Year Day and the warehouse was closed BUT didn't confirm that if the floor model would be okay and still sold it to us at full price...she thought that we didn't mind. I didn't appreciate the lack of communication but took it anyways paid and got our paperwork to which we walked out the door quite disappointed to which she chased us down later cause she need the tag that was attached to it lol, then came back again for the paperwork to confirm we got the item...not impressed with the professionalism and communication as it all was very basic yet done so poorly for just a chair thankfully it wasn't a whole set of furniture.

It's what I like to call my personal space as well as in my opinion it interprets like a beachy calm vibe and this shop certainly gives that feel with merchandise to fill just about every room in your space the specific originality here is quite unique walking in the block stamp Spam Musubi on various items along with the actual stamp displayed right beside them is pretty cool, I fell absolutely in love with so many of their jewelry which I did get along with a few other items. The vibe of the whole shop is so nice and very organized making browsing so easy and dangerously tempting as I found myself selecting several items and finding out that some were actually on sale as well...ohhh love a sale! The interior design of all my previous homes were very "pieced together"; it was never a cohesive theme. If anything...the theme would be cluttered. But my boyfriend is completely opposite. He has that stylistic eye and hates clutter, so I rely on him when it comes to furnishing our home. As we talked about how we want to decorate our future home, we knew we had to find unique pieces that would match the color scheme of the condo and something we would like. On a whim, we checked out Red Knot and stumbled upon the couch that met all of our criteria: 1. Gray 2. Had a chaise Plus it had a matching ottoman with storage and can turn into a bed. We loved it. But of course we had questions. And, it's like the furniture gods heard our prayer and sent us Derek. He saw us looking around and stopped by us to see how we were doing and if we had questions. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us with the transaction. When learning that we were in the process of buying a place, he helped us to figure out the timing of when we would receive couch as well as the payment options available. The locally made clothing uses a synthetic moisture wicking fabric and I was after 100% cotton so focused on the t-shirts. They have lots of interesting prints and carry sizes from small to XXL. The cotton t-shirts are imported or from Hanes, but the prints are done in store so you are supporting local artisans even when you do not buy the custom clothing. They also have a variety of gifts such as jewelry and decor items.
