So instead of trying to rasp my way thru explaining I had my mom call and she got me right in. Dr. Wilson I saw and she was great. Just a little enamel (oh it's fun getting old) and she polished it and I was good to go. Nice clean place, perfect location, pretty office, and quick to be seen. The hygienist was patient and kind and made jokes to ease the process of dental X-rays, which were notoriously hard for me. He worked quickly and efficiently and updated me each step of the way. Dr. Wilson is sweet, kind, and compassionate and took the time to listen to my concerns and ask questions. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Wilson. I researched local dental providers within my new network and stumbled upon the stellar reviews from my fellow yelpers. Luckily this office is so close to home for me. I was politely greeted and filled out all intake information with the 2 front desk girls. They were professional and kind. I then met with hygienist Hazel who took her time cleaning my teeth, was very gentle and afterwards had a brief consult with me about flossing more to avoid plaque build up. The other hygienist Gloria was very welcoming and kind as well. Dr. Jacob entered the room and was extremely friendly and bubbling with a great sense of humor. He consulted with me about the enamel stains I've had on my two front teeth since a child. This is the first time a dentist has suggested an alternative to invasive porcelain veneers. For years, I've met with different providers and there has not been a solution. He discussed a mild Icon polish treatment and was happy to review what my insurance covers. Both crowns should have been a visual for the dentist to see they were not straight, uneven and sharp edges, when putting them in. Terrible experience. No well informed information before a testing procedures, they tell you a week later something wasn't covered and then charge a highly excessive fee for records which is not within the federal guidelines for electronic copies of records or images.
