A pediatrician's office is supposed to be a partner for families throughout childhood, but the care and attitude here have completely changed since the practice was bought out. What used to feel supportive now feels cold, disorganized, and dismissive. Phone calls are confusing and unhelpful. The online system is clunky. Simple requests like filling out a camp form turned into wasted hours because of their rigid policies and errors. The staff no longer guide or support parents. Instead, you have to guide them through what should be their job. The final straw was my son's recent appointment. Scheduled for 2:10, I left work early, pulled him out of school, fought through construction and parking, and walked in only a couple of minutes later. Their own staff delays checking me in pushed us over their supposed cutoff. Instead of compassion or an apology, I was met with indifference and told to reschedule. No acknowledgment of the effort or disruption to my family. Just a cold refusal. After years of loyalty, I am disgusted by how little they seem to care about kids and families now. I used to recommend this office to everyone. Today, I would strongly warn others to look elsewhere.

Gone are the days of a pediatrician actually knowing your child and his/her medical history.

My only complaint is that it may take a while to have a script called in when they are busy. That's all.

Kids plus is the Donald Trump of children's health care. Their doctors probably get an extra padded bonus with all those additional shady screening fees they charge their clients. Choose a doctor that isn't greedy and runs their business like some ruthless uncaring shrewd business person with no empathy or ethics. The tone and tenor of their unethical bills and discriminating practices tells you everything you need to know about this greedy business. Notice how he puts "review". This is because this "doctor" only worries about billing people for shady billing practices to add extra profit to their for-profit-healthcare. These people care more about milking money off the parents of the children they care for more than the children's actual health. If you take your kid here and pay for "screening fees" or their ridiculous "late charges" think before you pay. These screening fees are not ethical charges.
