Arteen is an owner-operator who takes pride in his work, and the quality shows. We've had many paint jobs done in different homes over the years, and his attention to detail really stood out. He was careful to keep everything clean before and after painting. For example, he removed every light switch, outlet, and fixture, cleaned them, and carefully put everything back. We were impressed enough with his attention to detail that we also asked him to take care of some additional home improvement work that wasn't related to painting. He was flexible about working around other vendors who were in the home at the same time, and he communicated clearly throughout the project. We always knew when he would be there, what he planned to accomplish, and what had been completed. He is also a genuinely nice person and a pleasure to have around. We would definitely recommend Arteen and will certainly call him again for future projects.

He put significant time into the prep - ensuring he wasn't glossing over existing problems - but instead repairing stucco, patching, sending, prepping, working alongside other vendors. Job was on the exterior of our two story house with mix of wood siding, stucco, and trim. Excellent communications and attention to detail.

He is a great communicator, responsive, dependable, and easy to work with. His crews do a thorough job, keep the work areas clean, and pay attention to the details. Just as importantly, when I refer him to a client, I know they are going to be taken care of and that I won't have to worry about following up or chasing things down. I've worked with plenty of painters over the years, and Tito is someone I know I can count on. I highly recommend Tito Alcaraz Painting to homeowners, real estate agents, and anyone looking for a professional painter they can trust!

Tenacious Touch Ups made that happen - and honestly, I'm still impressed. From the very first visit, Kariem was kind, patient, and genuinely easy to work with. A couple nights after the inspection, I was still struggling to choose a paint color (because of course), and I texted him... fully expecting a "we'll figure it out tomorrow." Nope. He showed up that night at 9 PM with a full swatch book so I could finally make a decision. Who does that anymore? The work itself was clean, professional, and beautifully done. Even when the job ended up taking longer because of the rain, the original quoted price stayed the same - no surprise add-ons, no games. A couple days after finishing, Kariem stopped by again to drop off extra paint for future touch-ups. Above and beyond doesn't even cover it. If you want someone reliable, honest, and actually invested in making your home look amazing, Tenacious Touchups is it. My bedroom finally feels like a peaceful retreat, and I could not be happier. Highly recommend.

Kariem responded within 24 hours and offered me a good quote and could start the job immediately. Others had quotes all over the place for "painter for a day" and excessive prep and materials. This was a relatively easy job and Kariem and Debbie were friendly and did good work for a fair price. They made the wall look great and the texture matching worked along with a coat of primer. They were a no pressure team and finished the job as quoted for cost and time. Easy to work with and good work.

We had the exterior of our house painted 18 months ago, and I waited until now to write the review…read moreso I could report on the longevity of the paint job. Our home was built in 1895, so I was nervous about the repainting process. I shouldn't have been. In short, this is an exceptional house painting company. As a local company, they are invested in customer care. Every stage of the process was thoughtful, from the conversations during the estimate visit, through the painting process where the painters clearly took deep pride in their work (with good reason!), through the clean up. The painters were careful and detailed in their work, and left us with solid advice for next steps for our home. The paint itself has held up perfectly through the past 18 months, despite the hefty weather extremes. I can't recommend them more strongly.

One helpful tip: if you need a service rep who speaks English fluently, especially if you have a repair that requires a lot of explaining, just mention that when making your appointment. I found The Affordable & Licensed Handyman through Yelp because they had great reviews so I was interested to see how much their service fee would be for a simple job when I was looking for a plumber. I needed a license plumber due to home insurance requirement to do this installation or I would've done it myself. They were responsive when I talked to them through Yelp projects. I was shocked with how much I was quoted because it was almost double the price of the automatic shut off valve device I paid for. So I had to confirm that the price that was given to me was just to switch out the bad unit with the new one. They didn't have to do anything else like run new pipes or replace anything else. When I communicated to them that the quote was high, they asked how much did i wanted to pay. I thought they would try to be more reasonable since the name is The Affordable. I give them a range based on the prices from other plumbing company that I reached out to and they couldn't do it which I understand they can set their own prices. Maybe for big projects, they'll give more of a reasonable price which is why they have great reviews on Yelp but just to replace a bad automatic shut off valve with a brand new one, I think it was overprice so I used another plumbing company where they were very reasonable on the price.
