After we got our items, we confirmed the start date. Stephen and Michael arrived promptly on the day work was scheduled to begin and demoed the bathroom. They arrived every morning at the same time and worked a full day and I'm not sure they even took breaks. They completely cleaned up at the end of each day and sectioned off the work area to minimize the dust throughout the house. I would like to separate out the work product from the service aspect. The work product you can seen from the pictures - our bathrooms are transformed. It's one thing to select nice finishes and materials and another thing to install them with care and quality. They delivered on both. Then, there is the service aspect. My wife was late into her pregnancy when we started the work and then we had a newborn and a young child too while the work was being finalized. Samir and team were so conscientious - there were times when we weren't even sure they were there because the were working so quietly. I recommend them without reservation and will turn to them for any future work we do.

I've been a customer of Wilber's for several years. Up till now I've always found them to be…read morereasonable in price, professional, reliable and trustworthy. I don't know what's happened but, they are no longer the company they used to be. I recently hired Wilbers to repair a loose newel post at the bottom of my stairs. When Danny the estimator came he explained that it might be an easy fix or more involved if they needed to install a new 4X4 interior post. Though I requested that he provide estimates for both scenarios he only sent the estimate for the worst case scenario. I let that go because I trusted that they would do the right thing should it prove to be an easy fix. When they arrived it turned out that all that was needed was to replace the wooden board in the basement with a 2 ft. 2x4 and tighten the bolt that runs inside the post. The workers were here for 1 hour and for this Wilber's decided that a fair price was $820. It seemed absolutely outrageous to me that they would charge me $820 to tighten a bolt so I tried reaching out to Wilber 3 times and asked that he call me back to discuss. Well he never called me back. I can only assume that he knows full well that he did is wrong and is unable to justify his outrageous pricing. It's sad that Wilber thinks this is how you should treat a loyal customer and it's certainly disappointing to discover what an unprofessional and unethical person he is. I certainly will never utilize the services of Wilbers ever again and I would caution anyone thinking of hiring them to think twice. Wilber is a man that lacks integrity and therefore someone you cannot trust to do business with.

This time, we are greatly disappointed; they did nothing with the gutters, leaving nails popping out, but told me I had a problem with part of the roof, but no definitive scope of work. Then someone claimed to be a representative called to talk about "roof work", including replacing all of my skylights. When asking for an estimate, it was refused and the person just kept reiterating the same phrase, "you have an expensive home". That didn't sit well, so I chose to end the conversation and definitely end the relationship. SAD!
