Love their miso cod and sea bass (the fried one). They're both super soft and tender and both of them melt in your mouth. Love that they're so flavorful but not overly salty. Also really enjoy their yellowtail sushi. The fish was very fresh.
Delicious brunch but slight underwhelming. For $80 you get an all you can eat brunch. The sushi options are very limited. there were two different rolls on the buffet counter. There was two white fish options in a tuna and salmon sushi option. There was a Cold salad bar with shrimp, surfer, snow, crab, claws, and oysters and then the hot table had a really fatty brisket, shrimp and grits, bao buns, a Japanese curry and ribeye along with a few other bites. The brussel sprouts were my favorite option. The bloody Mary was meh and was not included. Our service was confusing. I wasn't sure who our actual server was. As a pastry chef, I found the dessert options to be lacking inspiration. I'm not sure I would return. 3.7/5
We had Nobu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner over a 3-day span and the food and service was great. We were told we couldn't customize the breakfast omelette which was interesting to hear, but that was the only issue. The ambiance is just as you'd expect from Nobu.
Beautiful, modern spot for a refined and delicious dining experience. I took a coworker here to celebrate a big career milestone, and it was the perfect choice. Every dish is thoughtfully presented, and the service feels sophisticated . The crispy rice with tuna was a standout starter. The rice had the perfect balance of crispy and chewy and held the tuna beautifully. We also tried the mini tacos with lobster, fried fish, and salmon- each one packed with flavor. For entrées, we shared the black cod and tempura lobster, both delicate, well-executed, and full of flavor. We ended with the bento dessert box. The lava cake was rich and indulgent with a deep chocolate flavor. The matcha gelato leaned a bit earthy on its own, but paired with the chocolate, it balanced nicely. Excellent meal and service all around. Definitely a place I'd come back to for any occasion.
Well... I hate to say it, but believe the hype! across the board! We were greeted with professionalism and enthusiasm. There's coat and bag check. Beautiful restaurant. This is a place perfect for all dates (professional, romantic, or social). The servers were patient and polite! The menu is exquisite -- a nice mixture of flavors. The PIÑA MARTINI and LYCHEE MARTINI are a must-try/must-have. The salmon tartare with caviar is DELICIOUS together! As well as the Wagyu tacos, sea bass, and spicy garlic veggies.
We enjoyed Father's Day Sunday Brunch. The food was beautiful and delicious! The dining room is nice and the fresh-made rolls and carving stations were a great touch. We were given a 90-minute seating and I thought it was plenty of time to try everything. I do wish that drinks were included though. I understand that cocktails would be separate charge, but I found that not offering tea,coffee,juices and sodas in the base price disappointing. The music was good until we realized we'd heard the same Sade song three times lol.
During my stay at the Nobu hotel, I dined for both dinner and breakfast. For dinner, I sat at the bar and breakfast I sat at a high top. Ambiance: I was actually surprised at the overall vibe of the restaurant. I liked the minimalist, clean looking decor but was a little surprised at the loud music they had blasting over the speakers during dinner. Not mad at it, just surprised. Patrons ranged from casual to dressy which I thought was very welcoming! I believe breakfast had music playing also, lol. Service: Service was amazing and scarily fast. Wait times were extremely short for food and drinks, which was a plus. Jennifer, my bartender, was amazing. She made great cocktails and was very kind while working the bar. The guy who sat next to me also had a few drinks and said each and every one was a hit. I removed one star for this area, because at the end of service there was some sort of dispute between a few of the bartenders that was noticeable and heated and honestly loud enough for me to overhear. It made things feel awkward and shouldn't have been a disagreement done in front of patrons with the guy antagonizing the woman. My waiter at dinner was also very nice and he made great recommendations for me when I was being indecisive. Drinks: At dinner, I had a lychee & elderflower martini which was delicious and refreshing . Would highly recommend. For breakfast, I had the Black Orchid tea. I am not an avid tea drinker, but this to me was just okay. Nothing to write home about. Dinner: I had the yellowtail jalapeños which is a Nobu staple and the black cod with miso. Both were amazing. The fish was fresh, the flavors were vibrant. The star for me was definitely the cod, it quite literally melted in your mouth. Breakfast: I had the Hot Smoked Salmon Benedict which was very delicious. The salmon was tender, sweet, and Smokey. I definitely could've drank that remoulade sauce that it was in. Though pricey, I can't say I ate anything I disliked!
I've been wanting to try the Nobu brunch at Nobu for months, so we finally decided to come for a friend's birthday. I was sooo excited and really looking forward to it... just to say I left sooo disappointed. We got there around 12:30 and it was pretty packed. The place itself is beautiful and the service was actually great, no complaints there. But the food? It was just... blah. For $85 per person, I was expecting way more variety and better quality. The selection felt limited, and nothing on the hot food side really hit. The smoked brisket was sooo dry and tough. I kept waiting for something to wow me, and it just never happened. And don't even get me started on the sushi. I was MAD. It honestly tasted like grocery store sushi not what you expect when you hear "Nobu brunch." Maybe my expectations were too high because of all the food influencer hype, but this one just didn't live up to it for me. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion.
It's NOBU! Everything you would expect while dining at Nobu and it didn't disappoint! The ambience was nice and our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and everything she recommended was spot on! The snow crab sushi roll was fantastic. As I looked over the menu, she mentioned the Specials of the Day. When I mentioned being pescatarian, the waitress mentioned a dish "not listed but on the extended menu." It was PHENOMENAL! It was a spicy seafood paella dish with lobster, shrimp, scallop and snow crab. It really was one the best I'd ever tasted!

The food was excellent, with beautiful presentation and flavors that really showcase the Japanese-Peruvian fusion. The bar area is also nice , and the cocktails were solid. Service was another highlight. The waitstaff were friendly, warm, and attentive without being overbearing. While we were there, there was a proposal, and it was so cute. The restaurant clapped for the newly engaged couple. Overall, Nobu is perfect for a special occasion, date night, or when you just want to treat yourself to a luxe dining experience.
My husband and I had reservations at Nobu for New Year's Eve. The decor was festive, yet the lighting was moody. We were seated promptly upon arrival. Nicole was our server for the evening. We started with cocktails and appetizers. Nicole recommended a few dishes, but because of our food allergies, we avoided the fried items. Still, we managed to try a good variety of food. For drinks, I ordered the lychee martini, and my husband chose the Nobu Old Fashioned. The lychee martini was refreshing and sophisticated. The Nobu Old Fashioned was bold and smooth. We thoroughly enjoyed our cocktails. We ordered the yellowtail jalapeño, New-style sashimi-Wagyu, Black Cod with Miso, Miso Soup with Tofu, and Wagyu and lobster tacos. All the appetizers were tasty, but the Black Cod with Miso was the highlight. Full disclosure: we were quite disappointed with the tacos. The pictures are very misleading, so if you're considering getting them, I strongly advise against it -- don't waste your time or money! We also ordered sushi. We tried the House special, baked snow crab, and the blue oh toro. All the sushi rolls were delicious. To finish the evening, we had Japanese French toast and a Cappuccino. It was the perfect ending to our dinner! Nobu was definitely an experience; however, it's not really worth the value in my opinion. I'd definitely go back someday, but now I know what I'd order the next time around.

The space is calm and refined, the staff friendly, and because it was slow and quiet, it made for a relaxing start each day. Everything came out fresh, well-seasoned, and nicely presented. What I ordered: * Egg white omelette: cooked perfectly, not dry; loved the sun-dried tomatoes and the miso mushrooms on the side * French ham omelette: just okay * Smoked salmon toast with poached egg: savory and satisfying * Egg sandwich: the clear standout -- best thing on the menu * Side of fruit: great mix with berries rather than just melons * Breakfast potatoes: perfectly cooked and seasoned Only wish: the space could use more natural light.
Always enjoy coming to Nobu! We started our night at the bar grabbing drinks, and once our table was ready, they brought us over. Once seated, I started with the Miso Soup, which came out piping hot and tasted amazing! Of course, you can't come to Nobu without getting the famous Black Cod with Miso. It's one of my favorites, and I always enjoy it with a side of steamed rice. We also ordered the Rock Shrimp Tempura, which was another great addition to the meal. It was a pretty slow night, but the service was still good and attentive throughout our visit! read more
Free self parking in garage. Follow signs for Nobu. The service was great. Came in for their weekday lunch prix fixe. Went near opening and was seated quickly at bar which was first come first serve. The bar area was nice. The crispy rice spicy tuna wasn't bad but both in my wow about it and the rice kept sticking to my teeth. The real star was the Wagyu hanger steak which was so tender and well seasoned. It also came with some kind of breaded mushrooms which were a great addition. Maybe its reputation from other locations preceded it, but unfortunately, we were very underwhelmed. Having been to most of the fine sushi restaurants in Atlanta over the last 10 years, we decided that instead of going back to Umi or MF Sushi, we'd finally check out Nobu for my birthday. We dressed for a special Saturday night date, and the hotel itself is beautiful. We were seated promptly, but I was immediately a little confused by the seating. Despite this being noted as a birthday/date night, the two of us were seated at a large round four-top right in the middle of the restaurant. It felt neither intimate nor particularly special. In general, the dining room felt much more open and almost cafeteria-like than the elegant, high-end sushi atmosphere I was expecting. The music was great and definitely added to the vibe. Our server was friendly and mostly attentive, although we saw much less of him as the evening went on. Even some of the smaller details felt surprising at this price point. The restroom was a little messy, there weren't nice hand towels or other elevated touches, and not even a full-length mirror. None of those things matter much individually, but when you're paying for a luxury dining experience, the details are part of what separates it from an average restaurant. They did bring out a small birthday dessert with a candle, which was an appreciated gesture, although there was nothing personalized or written on it. The biggest disappointment, unfortunately, was the food. We started with the Hamachi and the Tiradito recommended by our server. The Hamachi was very good, but the Tiradito had such a similar flavor profile that I was surprised our server recommended both rather than steering us toward something that would give us more variety. The crispy rice with tuna was pretty good. The rock shrimp was heavily battered, but enjoyable. Those were probably among the better items we ordered. The sushi rolls, though, were extremely underwhelming. We tried three different rolls, and there wasn't a single one we would order again. For a restaurant at this level, they honestly reminded me more of decent takeout sushi than something I'd expect from Nobu. Ultimately, the price-to-experience ratio is why I landed at three stars. If this were a middle-of-the-road sushi restaurant and dinner cost $200, I probably wouldn't think much of these complaints. But when dinner for two is around $500, expectations are understandably much higher. At that price, I expect several dishes to be memorable, thoughtful recommendations from the server, elevated attention to detail, and a little extra care when the reservation is for a special occasion. Unfortunately, we just didn't get that experience here. For our next high-end sushi date night, we'd definitely choose one of our Atlanta favorites before returning to Nobu. It wasn't terrible by any means--it simply didn't feel remotely worth the price. read more

Had lunch at Nobu and, as always, it did not disappoint. The service was excellent and the food was just as great. I really loved the option of a lunch set menu, it's a perfect way to try some of their best dishes all in one go. We had the crispy rice with tuna and wagyu with chimichurri, both absolutely delicious. Dessert was gelato, which was the perfect ending, and the drinks were super yummy too. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Always a solid choice! read more

Nobu Atlanta continues to live up to the hype and then some. From the moment you walk in, the sleek, modern atmosphere and impeccable service set the tone for a top-tier dining experience. We started with the classic yellowtail jalapeño and the King Crab Tempura with Amazu Ponzu both absolute perfection. The crab tempura was light, crispy, and full of flavor, and the ponzu sauce added the perfect touch of brightness. The fish was melt-in-your-mouth fresh, and the balance of flavor is exactly what makes Nobu iconic. This time, I decided to do the omakase dinner, and it was truly exceptional each course was beautifully presented and perfectly paced, showcasing the best of what Nobu does. My husband got the wagyu hot stone steak the presentation was phenomenal, and the flavor matched the show. I paired everything with a classic lemon drop made with tequila instead of vodka -- a fun twist and perfectly balanced. The staff was attentive without hovering, and every course flowed seamlessly. read more
Came here during a trip to Buckbead. Was staying at the Nobu hotel, so it was very convenient to eat here. This review is for dinner and breakfast. For dinner, I had the Atlanta omakase, which is 7 courses. Within one course, there are 3 crudos, and within the next, there are 4 nigiri pieces, just FYI, so it ends up being quite a bit of food. I enjoyed all these very much. The lobster tempura was also excellent, however, the fish dish was extremely salty and hard to eat. It did not flake, and I felt like I would have needed to either bite off chunks of the fish or use a knife, which was not provided. The dry aged wagyu was very good. The dessert was unique; I liked this a lot. It was a stuffed donut hole with apple cobbler and ice cream. Service was friendly. Only service gripe was that I had to wait several minutes at the hostess stand before getting seated. For breakfast, I had the smoked salmon benedict and 2 kinds of green tea. I liked the salmon component, but the bread part was just ok (a piece of toast) and there was just one egg (normally for bennys, there are two, in my experience). Water was never brought to my table, despite my request. Ambiance is chic. I enjoyed sitting at the sushi bar for the omakase and at the banquette for the breakfast. read more

Came here to celebrate our anniversary. I noted that when I made the reservation and they gave us such an intimate corner booth and mentioned happy anniversary multiple times and even put it on our dessert. That made us feel very special! Our two cocktails were amazing! We started with baby corn and lobster tacos. Both were so delicious but loved the truffle sauce on the corn! Then we had a few sushi rolls and the fish was amazing and buttery. We finished with a dessert which was yum! 100% recommend this spot. We were only in Atlanta for the weekend but this made our anniversary extremely special. The inside is beautiful and extremely moody/loungy which we love. read more
My friends took me to Nobu to have brunch for my birthday. They made reservations weeks in advance. The young ladies at the host's stand welcome us all in with huge smiles. After being sat, our waiter was prompt in taking our drink orders. We decided to indulge in the Brunch Buffet. Nobu offered a variety of options to choose from; meat station, dessert table, pastry table, traditional break Fast items, salad bar, sushi table. There was so much to choose from that you had to have multiple plates to try everything there. They had a great drink/cocktail menu. I ordered the MIA Margarita and it was so good. It also gave you enough "kick" to relax you. The music helped to create a nice euphoria and the aesthetic made you feel cosmopolitan chic. Great place to visit for food or drinks...or both. read more

Nobu Atlanta has officially won me over! The establishment is beautiful and spotless--but I expected nothing less. I made lunch reservations easily through OpenTable, and parking was a breeze with free garage access directly connected to the hotel. I was seated promptly upon arrival. I had the pleasure of being served by Ladarius P., a kind gentleman with stellar service--and easy on the eyes, might I add! I noticed Nobu offered a lunch prix fixe menu online, so I had to come see for myself. The price point was great for sampling some of their menu favorites. I had zero complaints about the appetizer and entrée; both were excellent. However, I would suggest adding a few stronger dessert options. The mochi ice cream, unfortunately, almost took away from an otherwise perfect meal. Still, I left very satisfied and impressed by the overall experience. Thank you, Ladarius P.! Thank you, Nobu! Came for brunch on a Sunday! I've never been to a Nobu before so I can't compare it to others, but this Nobu is more laxed than what I expected. Parked for free in the Lifetime Fitness garage and took the elevator to the second floor where Nobu was. We were seated promptly in the booth/seat combo where seating was a bit too close for my liking. I could brush shoulders with the person next to us. We did the AYCE brunch which I thought was nice! It was a good way to sample different Nobu items. The sushi selection was great for it to be a buffet and they did a great job at keeping up with putting more down as the crowds gathered. The hot bar was also really great and the steak was 10/10. Definitely could see myself coming back! read more

I decided to make reservations last minute on a Monday for 6pm, that was genius! It was pretty empty just a few others so the service was phenomenal. We enjoyed everythinggggg. Every single plate we ordered was great & the dessert was absolutely delicious!! Pistachio ice cream donuts! *chefs kiss*. Very chilled environment, ambiance is pretty light & opened. 10/10 recommend. I almost forgot to mention why i did give it 4 stars instead of 5!! The wagyu tacos meat was very chewy & not anything like I've ever experienced with Wagyu, not soft nor did it just melt in your mouth. The sushi and gyoza were excellent, as expected from Nobu. The atmosphere is sleek and lively. We did arrive about 15 minutes before our reservation and were told it was too early, which felt a bit surprising especially since the bar was already full, so we ended up waiting in the hotel lobby. Valet parking is available, and reservations are definitely recommended. read more

Nobu Atlanta is a great experience, we stay at the hotel and ate there for three different times. First of all the hotel room is comfortable and it is nice and quiet, there are a lot of small touches that made this special. The restaurant is great for dinner that is already well known, I like my miso cod, crispy rice spicy tuna, and tacos. The dessert Okinawa donuts are great. But not everyone knows about their breakfast, since we stayed at the hotel we tried there breakfast, it is served at the same Restaurant location. They have a great White omelette with miso, and French toast. The service is excellent and staff were all on point. It is a pretty restaurant and hotel, I will come back and try their brunch as I heard so much about it. read more

For lunch I ordered three sushi rolls for delivery and I received the absolute worst sushi I have ever seen in my life. It's as if they had slapped the ingredients onto the nori and folded it up. Who do they have working in their kitchen? 10 year olds? I expected better than this from Nobu. I would have rather gotten sushi from the grocery store. This pissed me off. I don't see myself going to any Nobu locations anytime soon. 0/10 read more

We stayed at Nobu to be close to the start line of the Peachtree Road Race, and from check-in to check-out, the hotel delivered an incredible experience. We were warmly welcomed at check-in with a delicious tea and a refreshing warm towel. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was a perfect blend of modern luxury and Japanese minimalism--clean, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, with soft linens. I especially loved the rainfall shower head in the generously sized bathroom. There were also thoughtful touches that stood out: individual reading lights and outlets on both sides of the bed, and a Nespresso machine (though I didn't use it). We stayed on the 4th floor and never heard a sound from the elevator or neighboring rooms. We visited the rooftop to check things out--the pool is on the smaller side but it's beautiful, very clean and well maintained. There's also a rooftop bar, and from what we saw, you can order small bites to eat. We enjoyed complimentary champagne while watching the fireworks. The view was great! We had hoped to eat dinner at the hotel, but when we went down at 5:30, we were told dinner isn't served until 6:30 PM. So instead, we walked about 3 minutes (through the mall) and ate at Davio's--also highly recommended! Tip: If you'd rather not pay $45 a day for valet, take advantage of the self-parking. It's free, and the hotel-designated parking spots are located right next to the elevator--just steps from the door. The elevator brings you straight into the lobby. Nobu was a great experience, the service was warm and welcoming, the ambiance and interior is classy and clean, and the food is delicious! I tried the spicy yellowtail, lobster, variation of sushi, lychee martini, and the baked alaskan dessert. They were all very delicious, I'd never tried a baked alaskan before and the set up was gorgeous with a small fire show to go with it, but the flavor was not really for me. Friends, vegetarians, countrymen I am happy to report that the pre-fixe lunch menu at Nobu is vegetarian friendly! I wasn't 100% sure from the research I did online, but once I arrived they let me know they can basically make any of their dishes vegetarian friendly. These days I'm both gluten free and vegetarian and I had no issues at nobu. The ambience was cute! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 solely because I think our waiter forgot about us a little bit and also told my colleague she couldn't switch out her chocolate mochi for a different flavor (she hates chocolate). I ordered a drink at the start of lunch that didn't arrive till near the end, when our waiter checked on us the first time. It just wasn't the exact quality of service I've heard about from Nobu but we still had a nice time! TLDR: very allergen friendly, service at lunch was meh, overall would recommend read more

I came to nobu for their brunch. All you can eat. It was a birthday treat to myself. I made a reservation online and I had to change the time and it was fine with them. I had to call, and they answer the phone, so it's really good customer service. When I arrived, because I changed a couple of times there was some confusion, but they immediately were able to sort it out and seat me on the patio, which is what I preferred because it was a nice day. The thing about sitting on the patio is you do have to come in and out of a heavy door so if you're carrying too many plates, it might be a little difficult to get through the door. the food is spectacular. They keep everything fresh on the line, and My favorite was the miso black seabass and the salad and the sushi. Everything is great. ! I would recommend coming no later than 2 o'clock. As the buffet ends at 3, they definitely don't kick you out. But they start to basically cleanup by about 3:30. So if you really want to have a full enjoyment without feeling rushed because they are closing, I would suggest coming around 1pm, no later than 2. read more

I visited Nobu and Jeffrey took excellent care of my table. Every dish and flavor profile was out of this world; everything pictured was a 10/10. Cliff's suggestions on how to enjoy the food as intended made the experience even better. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. What is on the menu for brunch?
They have a brunch buffet that's unlimited for $75. It's a mix of pastries, entrees, sushi, etc. They also have a variety of coffees, cocktails, and teas! You can also order the breakfast menu options if you prefer.
Does this location have a tasting menu?
At the moment, they do not, but I would call their location to see if they plan on adding it sometime soon!
Will they give individual checks to a party of 6? How about 8?
Don't do this to them 😂 just have one or two people pay and then send them what you need to send them if you must. This is wholly unfair and annoying to servers, and is really disruptive to their evening. At this level: one check.
