Ok, it doesn't have the computers but it does have a lot of accessories for phones, computers, and other gadgets. Back in the day, when I didn't have a single gray hair on my head, I used to visit the store in search of video games. For better or worse, the games are gone and have been replaced with Self Sticks, phone covers, lots of headphones, and other things I've never heard of. These days , when I am in Discovery Bay, I go in for a different reason. I go in to search for writable DVDs, USB devices, or external hard drives. Mind you, I only go when I'm desperate as if there was time on my hands I'd be able to go to Mong Kok, or anywhere else on Kowloon and get it much cheaper! It makes sense to raise the price because of ferry costs etc. so I'm not angered by it. One service that I frequently used while living on Disco Bay was their photocopy and printing service. Every time I enter there are at least three staff sitting idly behind the counter, and when I needed something printed they all get up to get the job done. I'm not sure how they allocate the work of three people to print a single page, but they manage. They are a bunch of young, tech-savvy guys so can easily point you in the right direction. Behind the counter is a small room they use for repairing computers and that sort of thing, again not cheap but easily accessible for DBers. For DBers I'd suggest checking out their store just to save you the hassle of having to travel to HK. Usually they have a gadget that will do the trick I'm looking for, however, don't expect the exact product you have in mind.

I had such a positive experience from my Japan usage. Most of the time, this network is down and I can't do anything. Go somewhere else more reliable. I had enough when I couldn't even google or check in somewhere via Yelp. I couldn't even type a review for this WifiBB thing using their own WiFi. I had to wait until I got WiFi from my hotel room! SMH.

I didn't find any problems with the wifi speed or reception in Hong Kong, plus the battery life was up to par. I've rented other wifi eggs before and it didn't perform as well as wifibb's. I'd definitely come back everytime I go to Hong Kong. Their customer service was excellent also. I left my wifibb egg at a friend's house the night before I traveled to another country. I was worried i would be charged a lot extra for returning it late but they only charged me the same as if i were to rent it for longer. Awesome! I recommend this place because of consumer service, pricing and performance of their wifi egg.
