As usual, it's a busy store with lots of customers browsing and trying out Apple products. The staff is a bit more aggressive than what I am used to in the US and may make you feel a bit uncomfortable with their eagerness to help with what you bees if you are just browsing. There's plenty of staff to help out if you decide to ask for assistance with product info or checkout. The checkout process is seamless and efficient with every staff member carrying portable credit card processing iPhones and can help you at any time. I accidentally walked to the 2nd floor Genius Bar area and in usual HK fashion, the staff was a bit abrupt and may seem rude to those of us used to Western style customer service.

First of all he said there was no further discount. So we asked him to ask his manager to double check if there was really no discount. Then he said "I could ask my manager, but his response will be the same ." After he went to check with his manager, it turns out that they do have a good discount on M2 and that's why I purchased the MacBook here instead of its competitor next door. I would give this supervisor 3-star. The price was good. But the 512GB model runs out already. So I give this store 4-star. So average will be 4-star.

Fire the b**** with the short hair and the red lipstick. Never had such bad service in my life. My mom bought some speakers 2 hours ago that we already had as a Christmas gift, upon finding out the mistake we tried to return it. The short haired witch was extremely vile and rude and had ZERO compassion, despite the fact that it's Christmas Eve. She kept repeating, this is Hong Kong, we don't do refunds. If there's something wrong with it take it back to the manufacturing company but we also don't cover defects. Actually infuriating that such service is deemed acceptable in this day and age. She also made me wait for 20 minutes while she was texting and completely ignored me until I pestered her for an answer. Afterward she had the nerve to smugly yell a "merry Christmas" at me while I walked away. Ridiculous.
