After settling into our new place, we found that the refrigerator has a dent on the outside and a crack inside. When my mom contacted them, they were nice enough to give us a small refund for the damage. However, as we continue to unpack, we found that some boxes are missing, and we have come to the conclusion that some items (the wifi modem, displays, clothes, etc.) are just gone, not hiding in another box to be found. My mom didn't mark or count the boxes, which she should have, to make sure we receive everything. Lesson learned.

I have epilepsy and lose time/things I do and had bought twice. I bought through a third party and thought it was them I was dealing with. I yelled at poor Sophie in my email. To only have to send her an apology. Even through all of that when most repersintives would be vindictive or give up on helping you Sophie stuck with and was not fazed. She did her best and rolled with the punches. Do to Sophie (the only one I have dealt with) I would not go anywhere else I know a lot of people say give a raise. I know that will not happen but I highly suggest you promote her so she can pass these values onto your current and future employees.
