George WONG took up the Master Franchise Hong Kong in Oct 2000.
Meet the Business Owner: George W.
George started the franchise of computer support in Hong Kong in Oct 2000.
He trained over 23 technicians and fixed over 10,000 computers. He owned & used over 12 computers including Mac, Windows, Linux & Servers himself.
He handles various services personally, e.g. hardware repairs, software fixes, Win logon fixes, data recovery, virus removal, password lockout, company IT setup including "real" backup, cyber security, wireless dropouts, Outlook email clogs, ios Android issues, smart home devices, mobile engage websites, system management & maintenance...etc.
He is a registered member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce since 2012.
He enjoys researches and experimenting with new gadgets and fixing old ones. He reads a lot of manuals though he mostly work by innovating without too much reliance on them.
