One thing I will say off the top is this place is huge. You can easily get lost here. There were tasting stations to try different drinks and walls and walls of bottles. At one point I just stood in front of the Champaign section tempted to just raise my hand like I was on school because I was just so...lost. A man walking by with a walkie talkie greeted me and asked if I was doing ok. I didn't know what else to do so I showed him a picture of what I was looking for. He immediately said "oh..the (name of nice Champaign)". He grabbed an employee and told that employee where it was. The nice stuff is behind locked glass up front. Super awesome. Just knew. Customer service was great. Everything was great. Very very friendly. Solid 5 stars for me. I'll be back if I'm in need of some nice bubbly.

There was an older man sampling as I walked in. I approached to see what he had and he was on his phone. He stood up and waved me away, continuing his conversation, and backing away from the table to lean against a display. I went back to the tasting counter and no one was there. I asked an associate if they no longer did tastings and she told me there was someone between aisle 6-7 that would help me. No one was there. The tasting counter was set up as if they were sampling and it was between 5:30 and 6 PM. I asked the lady checking me out if they no longer did tastings and she rudely told me there was someone right when I walked in the door. I explained what happened and her response was that he is there now. That doesn't do me any good when I am standing at the register checking out. I just wanted some help selecting some decent wine. I was prepared to buy a case and walked out with just three bottles. Going forward I will not be going to Total Wine. I get better assistance at grocery outlet.

The prices are rather over charged. I personally prefer total wine more but this was closer there is no ambience whatsoever again. Y'all's sign says "Open Daily from 9:00am-8:00pm", well not at 9:06 this morning! I have been here at just minutes earlier than 9:06 and they had just opened but there was no one there.. I do enjoy their selection (of what a minor can buy there like zero sugar Gatorade, snacks, candy and Red Bull) and the people who work their are friendly. But I think it was dumb y'all were not open this morning! I will still go back as it's convenient for people in Buckley.

The parking is in front of someone's house which felt a little unusual. It was raining and there was quite a lot of big puddles to navigate to get to the garage door. I gave it four stars because I think there is some places to improve. The tables that you sat at feel little sticky, even after they were cleaned. Maybe a better way to advertise their merchandise. It was over in the corner. I only order one beer in that beer is killer so I think their beer is on point for the one I ordered.

You have to call ahead and make an appointment to get a wine tasting in. So be sure and do that. The winery makes virtually all red wine. Unfortunately I can no longer have red wine due to migraines but I was in for some more of that great cider! I had two glasses of it. Do refreshing and crisp! The owner also took us around the property and we gazed at the river near his backyard. Excellent experience with this winery but do remember to call and make an appointment for your arrival!
