There was no "welcome in," no "what can we do for you." I told her I just had a quick question and she seemed annoyed by that. I asked my question and then went home to contemplate whether or not I should use them after that encounter. I decided to proceed since it was so close to my home and convenient. I emailed ahead of time to inquire if they could accommodate a medical request I have. I never heard back. I had to email again a week later to get a response, which was no, they won't accommodate my medical request. Ok, then. I'll be going to another eye doctor down the road and will be taking my husband and our business with me. The owner replied below, but I have no idea why she inserted that she is a minority as that has zero to do with my review. How odd to use your ethnicity status as a reply to a potential customer's poor experience with your company. She was more concerned with emphasizing that I am not a patient (which, I never would be after my experience with them), instead of addressing my complaint in my review which was related to the encounter I had with her rude staff member from the second I walked in the door to the fact that I had to email multiple times in order to get a response from them. She is correct that I was referred to them by my husband, but he was so upset after hearing about my experience that he now refuses to go back to their facility. We found a wonderful eye doctor called Premier just down the street. They were incredibly thorough and much less expensive than Bespoke (who charges $175 for an eye exam).

I called back to let them know and I was told he would re order the same product and call me when the product arrived. I called a few times and after a month or two I decided to go up there and see what was going on. The owner came out to speak with me and ordered the product and got me in the next day or so. After that instal I noticed about a week or so a ton of bubbles inside the tint. Unsure if it was user error or just a defective product. They provided great recommendations and options to fit the aesthetic colors of the wedding color palette. I was a bit nervous in general for how the coordination process would work specific to our wedding since all of my groomsmen were on the east coast and in different cities. The Vu family made me feel reassured that that they could get all my measurement and orders complete in an organized and timely manner. They definitely did a great job handling all of the logistics that came with having all of the groomsmen in different places. For the groomsmen located on the east coast, the Vu family worked with them directly on the phone and also email to make sure they gathered all of the measurement needed for the suit orders. If they needed more information they always followed up with me or my groomsmen. I was constantly asking to make sure the timeline for the suit order could be met and they were always proving great updates. From the beginning they told me and my groomsmen when they needed to have all of the measurements in order to get the orders filled. My groomsmen all got their items in a timely manner before having to fly out to our wedding location on the west coast. They even had time to make any small adjustments as needed at their local shops due to the timely manner from the shipments. I decided to go with a custom suit and really enjoyed the process. Got to pick every part of the suit with lots of fabric and detail options provided. I always felt in great hands. Never felt pressured to go with one design over the other. Whenever I walked in to the store to look at different colors for suit accessory items or shoes, they were always willing to show me all the possibilities. The suit was beautifully fitted and felt very comfortable throughout the whole ceremony. My wife and I can not thank them enough for helping make our day a beautiful occasion!
