I called a few providers and wasn't too impressed. From the second I spoke with Jordan at Speakology I was so happy. She answered many of my questions and instantly made me feel at ease. I was leaning towards home therapy because I didn't think my son would do well in a clinical setting, and she completely agreed.  From our first visit, she was so warm and genuine. I instantly felt as though she was a family friend coming over to hang out and work with my son, it never felt uncomfortable or awkward. After our first session, she gave me some homework, and encouraged me to not worry and that we would get him to eat soon. After a few sessions with Jordan's coaching, my son is eating! He is not anxious or nervous around food, does not turn his head away, and I am just so thrilled with my experience! The impersonal experience of scheduling, arriving, canceling appointments, and billing should be considered neglectful. We have been billed without authorization twice now. Please take your child elsewhere to save yourself the harassment from the front office. If you refuse to place a card on file (for them to charge several hundred dollars incorrectly, multiple times), they will threaten to drop you as a client. To Karen, I have expressed how important they are to our family and our child and our worries with being charged incorrectly, and they placed a note in the file, and then charged us incorrectly again a few weeks later, without authorization. The lack of customer support and service is unsurmountable. Karen, you deserve a better place of employment. Avoid. Avoid this clinic at all costs. We have found the services through the public school district and other private clinics to be much more helpful. Please, do yourselves the favor of finding ANYWHERE else.

She is doing great with Drew. She has been up walking with assistance and Drew has all the patience and does his job with a smiling face. You can tell he enjoys helping people. What a great asset to this company. I even had him work on me with my back. I'm telling you when mom goes into hospital and than rehab facility the staff all know about "Drew" I also had a lady named Kennedy working on my back and she is good as well. Checked in and everything and they never thought to say "hey, looks like you don't have your appointment at 2". She also never apologized about her many scheduling mistakes. Wasn't there long but left as soon as I could find a replacement. Paid over $200 for an OT evaluation and never got an actual OT session. It really shouldn't be this hard to get my kid the help he needs.
