At Romance's City Hall package covered absolutely everything: dress, veil, tiara, professional makeup, and two photographers -- all at an incredible price. Not having to coordinate multiple vendors was such a relief. The photographers reached out ahead of time to go over details and on the day of made us feel completely comfortable, guiding us through poses and capturing breathtaking shots on the grand staircase.
