As a woman, finding a mechanic who makes you feel comfortable--and never makes you wonder whether you are being overcharged or taken advantage of--can be incredibly difficult. He is honest, fair, personable, and immediately puts you at ease. He explains everything clearly, never pressures you, and treats you like a person rather than another repair bill.
He had worked on my car before, but on December 14, I was involved in the most terrifying accident of my life. My car spun around one and a half times on the freeway before crashing into the center divider with so much force that it practically split in half. The freeway was shut down, and the officers told me I should not have survived. No exaggeration--the first person I called was him.
I work in Lancaster and live near Woodland Hills, and he took care of arranging the proper specialized tow for my electric Mercedes EQS all the way from Lancaster to my home. At a moment when I was terrified, shaken, and had no idea what to do next, he made me feel safe and taken care of.
The best comparison I can give is that he is like a great doctor with an exceptional bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and skilled, but just as importantly, he is calm, compassionate, and trustworthy. His pricing is extremely fair, he remembers his clients and their family members, and he never judges you when your car is embarrassingly messy--he understands what life with kids looks like!
I rarely write reviews--I know, I need to get better about that--but he is truly exceptional. A trustworthy mechanic is incredibly hard to find, and over the past three years, he has become more like family. I would recommend him without hesitation, especially to women who want to feel respected, safe, and completely confident that they are being treated honestly.
