This is my second time contracting with Noah Nice Painting for paint job. The owner Chris is very thorough and transparent with his quoting, the price was competitive, and the final outcome was pleasing. I would use them again for any future painting jobs. read more

This review during COVID. I strongly recommend Chris Choi and Noah's Nice Painting! From the time I reached out for a quote until the day the job was completed, The entire process was smooth, customer centric, and extremely professional. Chris is personable and actively listens. Each member of the crew (power washers to painters) were friendly with an extreme work ethic. Even when we switched a paint color part way they the job, they made the change without breaking stride or - more importantly- without any frustration toward us. Hmmm maybe like it's happened before? Either way- great guy, great crew, great job! read more

We finished a lengthy remodel during Covid. After receiving multiple quotes to repaint the entire house, we decided to go with Chris as he has painted numerous homes in the Woodbridge, Irvine area. The project kept getting pushed back further and further due to supply chain issues and Chris was incredibly patient with each delay on our end. His crew could not have been more professional. I cannot imagine a better group of workers. There were several challenges due to construction and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Upon completion of the entire interior, we had them paint part of the exterior. The crew noticed things which could be painted that were not on the quote and took it upon themselves to do those areas as well. We are so grateful to Chris and his team. , read more

I was super hesitant about getting my house painting. I hate dealing with contractors of any kind. There are always surprises and gotchas. Chris Choi was fantastic. He came out and gave me a quote. He even gave me some tips and pointed me in the right direction on my color choices. I ended up getting 3 quotes from different contractors. Chris was flexible on pricing and because I felt the most comfortable with him, I decided to go with him. They required a 30% deposit with final payment when the job was finished. The crew that showed up was super polite. They communicated well and really seemed to know what they were doing. They used high quality Dunn Edwards paint. They did a great job prepping and powerwashing. There were zero surprises or extra charges. Once the job was done, they cleaned up and left my house in great shape. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend! read more

Just completed exterior painting of my home in Newport Beach...they did a great job from start to finish! Chris was here every day checking in everything, and the crew was friendly and very efficient. Job well done, & for a fair price! read more

This is the initial time I've used this paint company and I would highly recommend them. The attention to detail is fantastic and they work hard and I couldn't ask for a better company for painting. We had some difficult areas to paint but they handled those areas without any issues. They gave us two coats of paint and even three in areas that needed sprucing up. After they were complete they inspected their effort and touched up if needed. We feel the value was well worth it and will use them again in the future. I'm an extremely meticulous person and they exceeded my standards. read more

Thus was by far the best contractor I have used ever in the last 8 years of owning properties. Chris and his team showed up on time and got to work immediately. They told me it would take 2 days and got the job done in 1, knowing we were in a time crunch. They painted the interior of the house plus exterior touch up! Even doing more areas that were not in the original scope of work!!! The best part was not having to follow up and chase them like most contractors which was such a relief. Finally they walked through their work at least 5 or 6 times with us to make sure we were happy before they left and addressed every item we pointed out. If you need paint work done dont waste any time calling other people, you have found the best already!!! read more

I just used this company to paint my house from a brown with cream trim to a white with black trim and they did an amazing job!! Chris was extremely responsive and made sure that I was happy with all of the work. The painters worked really hard and had everything completed in about 2 1/2 days. The price was also extremely reasonable. Overall I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again when I want to repaint my house. read more

Our house was painted for the first time in 20+ years, and Chris' paint crews did an amazing job! We had a situation where the stucco was painted by a builder with a manufacturer that isn't your standard Dunn-Edwards. We didn't like the association colors which are now way darker than when we bought the house so opted for the original colors. Chris did an amazing job of color matching it. He had a couple of crews - one just prepped while another painted. They did a nice job all around, and I'm super picky when it comes to the finish and how it looks. His crew also had to do a lot of repair work which came out looking great! There were a couple of minor areas that I flagged, which Chris had his crew come back and touch up. Chris is also a very honest business owner and upfront about the cost. I appreciate this because I need to know what I'm paying for. read more

I honestly could not recommend this company enough. In fact I've referred several people to them already. Service was outstanding! The owner is very easy to work with and his painters are top notch. Our home was painted for the first time in 20 years and the house looks brand new. All the trim work is incredibly clean and sharp. The lines are very distinct. I would give this company the absolute highest rating possible. Not only that, the prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality of work. Two big thumbs up for this company! read more

Recently I had the misfortune of a slab leak, and had to have the house repiped with Pex piping. Now comes the fun of finding a painter to finish the final paint job and touch ups ALL over the house. I had 4 quotes and one was Chris from Noah's Nice Painting. He came referred from a friend that used them for their exterior paint job. I was impressed with Chris and how prompt he was for a next day quote. He gave me an emailed estimate that evening. We agreed on a price and his crew was out to start the job a few days laterthat fit with my schedule. I could not have been more happy with the work that they provided. They patched every hole and dent on my walls from the last 16 years since our last paint job. And what a difference it made! I'm so happy with the color and how clean everything looks! The crew was amazing! So much attention to detail! They took great care to protect my furniture and carpeting. They even took the time to clean my super high, filthy ceiling fans while they were up the with the ladder! I'm so very happy I went with Chris and his crew. I will definitely be calling them again when it is time to paint the outside. I look forward to working with Chris and Noah's Nice Painting in the future! Thank you guys! read more

These guys were professional and did a great job repainting the exterior of our house and 2 of our bathrooms. They were also very clean, taped off everything and wrapped our trees so they wouldn't get paint on them. Price was great! Would highly recommend. read more

Have used this company for the last 18 years. They are excellent at both exterior and interior painting. Pricing is reasonable and they are easy to work with. Quality of the materials & their painting is very high. Will do extras if needed. They always clean up the area around where they worked. Both friendly & professional workers. I would highly recommend this company. read more

The work performed by this company is below standard. I had painting performed in August 2019 and the bathroom painting in both bathrooms was peeling after a few months. I had to hound Chris to get him to come out and repair the poor work. He said it was because the has is old (1988) however it's clear the proper prep work was not performed ( scraping, primer, waiting before the primer dried, ) . The paint is peeling and chipping only only 1 year and 9 months after the work was first performed. read more

Chris responded to us quickly, scheduled time to come out and have great recommendations. We got three quotes and ultimately went with Noah's. Our home is about 3000 square feet so there was a lot to paint and we have high ceilings, doors and asked for the banister to be painted. They arrived on time, were very clean and made sure to make it livable each night (we stayed in the house the whole Time with two kids). All in all we love the way it turned out and they were great to work with. Recommend them highly. read more

Exterior of large house painted, including stucco repair, etc. Chris's crew were professional, courteous and clean. Everything was protected, incl landscape and hardscape. Only premium products were used. Result looks like new house. Very pleased. I recommend this service highly. read more

Chris is such a professional. He brings out a booklet which describes his service along with a copy of his liability insurance. His workers are hard working, dedicated to doing a great job. His attention to detail is spot on. I asked him to do several things such as removing numerous screws on the exterior wall and he handled it right on the spot with no additional charge. I highly recommend using Chris. read more

We had Chris and crew come out and do our exterior in 2019 and then had then return to do the interior in 2021. They did a great job and were very friendly. I was not sure on the house color and they suggested a green that looked a bit bold to me when they started, but they were SO RIGHT about the color! It looked amazing on the house and neighbors came over to compliment us on the paint. When they returned to do they interior, he touched up places on the exterior for no charge. read more

Stopped by for an initial estimate and he even sent a custom vanity top contractor to measure my sinks but it's now more than a month, and I still have not received an estimate for any of the jobs. Complete waste of my time. Stay away! read more

First of all let me preface this review by saying this review is soley based on the initial visit/estimate. The guy showed up on time, but hardly showed any interest in the job. at the end of the estimate, he couldn't even give me an estimate to paint the interior of my house. Instead he said would email the estimate. The email never came. Ridiculous how we wasted our time. read more

I chose this company based on the reviews. Chris came out and the price was fair and I didn't get any other quotes. The work was for my wood siding, trim and some stucco. The siding was cracked and peeling in spots and needed a lot of prep. Their work was excellent and they did a great job in covering plants, etc. and there was no cleanup on my part at all. I would highly recommend them. I read more

I had a small job of mouldings surrounding the door. The owner, Chris, came out to meet me first and advised me that the painter would arrive in a half hour. Chris was recommended by a trusted friend. When he came to give a quote, he was very professional and explained the process in detail. The work was very good quality at a fair price. After the work was finished Chris gave us a walk through and again explained all of the work that was completed. Like most paint jobs there were a few minor touch ups, so he had his guys address those almost immediately. A neighbor recently had their house painted the same color scheme, but they used a low cost painter. The difference was very obvious, and it made me grateful that I went with Chris' company. read more

Excellent work, very reliable and trustworthy. After obtaining multiple estimates we found Noah's Nice Painting on Yelp. Chris, the owner, was able to give us a quick quote and accommodate our work on short notice at a significantly lower cost. We are very satisfied with the painting job and won't be searching for another painter again. Two thumbs up to Chris and Noah's Nice Painting. read more

They painted around paintings and nails and left hooks on the wall. They only painted part of the baseboards they said they would paint. They moved furniture which was good, but broke three pieces of furniture and didn't tell us. They told me part of the price was because they had to remove old paint on doors and trim so the new paint would stick to the doors, but they didn't. They even peeled off some of the paint to show me when they came to give me an estimate, and painted right over that. They just painted over the old paint, peeling and all. They did come back to try to make it right, but told me that they couldn't remove the old paint which didn't make sense to me. I am still finding spots that they missed on doors and trim. The paint on the doors is already peeling off if something barely touches it or slightly bumps into it. read more

Chris Choi runs Noah's painting. He's a very nice guy however that's where the kind part of this review ends. Chris runs a couple of different crews. He comes to the house daily but doesn't look at the crew's work at all. We have a large home and hired them to paint our trim, patio cover, garage doors and metal fencing. Contract was a good size, just under $6k. The only part of the job that was done to any reasonable quality was the patio cover. They practically ruined half our wood windows with a grinder. Only after sending picture of windows and treating to fire Chris, he sent over a new crew to fix the work. The new crew admitted this happens a lot. It took them three days. Part of our metal fencing had to be stripped with a power washer and redone (they left the mess for us to clean up over the weekend.). Even the garage doors (three of them) had to be repainted which Chris was not going to do until I pointed out the substandard workmanship. So. The bottom line is Chris is a nice guy and will keep working on the job until to pay him in full, but you have to manage the project and make sure his guys aren't destroying your property. Avoid Noah's Painting! read more

'Old school' hard working prep work led by the awesome foreman Andres! No detail overlooked. Highly recommended.

The outside of our house badly needed to be painted. It's a mid-century house with lots of wood work. Chris was recommended to me by several friends who had used him to paint their houses. Working with Chris was a great experience. He called me right back and scheduled a visit the next day. He showed up on time, and I had the quote the day after that. We weren't sure about the color selection, so Chris brought samples over and painted sections to compare. He started work the following week. He and his brother were there every day with their crew. Their prep work was first rate. They put a lot of effort into sanding and patching the exterior and carefully removed the exterior fixtures. We have plants near the house, and they were very careful not to damage them. Chris had the house prepped, primed, and painted in a little more than a week, and it looks fantastic. Everything was put back where it belonged. My neighbor is in the construction business and was having his house painted at the same time. He told me that my painters were kicking his painter's a**! read more

Fantastic company to work with, exceptional attention to detail, superior service, great price. My wife and I have a rental house in Orange and we live in Texas, our house needed painting inside and out plus minor repair work (patching stucco, replacing trim, etc.) Noah's was recommended to us by our real estate agent and I can see why, they handled everything long distance and Chris kept us updated via text messages and photos everyday. Chris is very easy to work with, made good suggestions and has a handyman that replaced door knobs, bathroom fixtures and other small jobs. Overall I would highly recommend Noah's painting and I am more than satisfied with their service. read more
