He took care of it as though it were his own and went above and beyond helping out with repair folks getting access, feedback, and many other things that he didn't have to do. We really felt taken care of in all ways with Jeff. Absolute pleasure working with him and I would recommend him for a buy or a sell to anyone!

This was the second time we've worked together, and both experiences have been outstanding. Mike and his team are always willing to go above and beyond to help in any way possible. This purchase was especially challenging because of the loan processing company we were working with. There were numerous delays and obstacles along the way, but Mike stepped in and personally helped move things forward by reaching out to our loan officer and underwriter. His involvement made a significant difference in keeping the process moving. What impressed me most was that, even though the home I was purchasing was a value purchase and certainly not one of his multimillion-dollar deals, Mike and his team treated me with the same level of attention, respect, and professionalism. I never felt like my transaction was less important because of the size of the deal. Having the Wolf team on my side made all the difference and ultimately helped ensure that we were able to complete the purchase. I'm incredibly grateful for their support and would highly recommend Mike Wolf and his team to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their clients and is willing to fight to get the job done.

Serri was an absolutely exceptional real estate agent, and we can't recommend her and her partner…read moreGeorge highly enough. We hired Serri to sell our five-acre property with an exceptional panoramic view, our beloved home, and from the very first walkthrough she was extremely professional and thorough. She inspected every bit of the home and grounds and immediately knew how to position it to meet our specific goal: a quick sale, at a strong price, with no lingering on the market and no price reductions. A previous agent had pitched our home as a retirement property, which never sat right with us. Serri saw it exactly as we did, as a family home, and priced and marketed it accordingly. She brought in her own staging team, photographer, and videographer (including drone footage), and recommended a handful of relatively small, inexpensive updates, including a fresh paint job. The return on those modest changes was remarkable. They made a huge difference in how the home showed and clearly helped drive up buyer interest and the final sale price. Serri and George held a single open house that brought in over 100 visitors, and within 48 hours we had two offers above our asking price, from a family with young children and another who was ready to start one. Both could clearly picture themselves living there. Serri and George managed every step of the process with great care and skill. We were also in the middle of an international move at the time, which made everything more stressful, and Serri and George took every worry off our plate. Whether you're buying, selling, or just need solid advice, Serri and George are fantastic, and we recommend them without hesitation.

Whether it's renting or selling, Jeffrey ONeal is the man for the job! My condo was on the market…read morethree days and it was sold! Why? Because he knew exactly how to stage it, paint it, and present it. I also was able to receive far more in the sale than expected! (And in today's market, this is unheard of!) I was out of the country for the entire month of escrow, and Jeffrey handled everything. I came back into the country, signed the final papers and collected my large check! I wouldn't believe this if I hadn't experienced it myself! But in addition to all of the above, Jeffrey went far beyond the call of duty to help me out with my renters in my other property, willing to meet and greet them at midnight, later dealing with necessary repairs. Needless to say, I cannot say enough about Jeffrey ONeal. He's such a sincere, hard working, communicative realtor, who deserves the ultimate success in his industry. I have bought and sold properties over the last 40 years, so this is not to say I lack experience with realtors! However I would never repeat business with any of them. I have other properties to sell and another to buy; without a doubt, every transaction will be done with Jeffrey.

I'm very happy with Simon!!!…read more Renting is stressful and I was looking for a PM that put me at ease. I talked to the references Simon provided, and he soon became my top contender. He offered to be my singular source of contact and to secure a superior quality of renter for my 'home'. He is very experienced and soft spoken but strong armed. I took his recommendations and got the whole house painted, got new carpeting, resurfaced cabinets and pressure washed etc. I had a renter within 2 months of this process. (The only thing is Nobel Real Estate wouldn't lower the 'expenditure without approval' to below $850, so... ) I am really pleased with Simon.

He followed up with me for several days, and I started working with his broker. Unfortunately, his broker was not very professional. I had already put down $300,000 and owned another home that was fully paid off and worth about $550,000. Yet the broker told me I needed to put down $600,000 to buy a home priced at $850,000 . After that, I went to another broker and got pre-approved almost immediately. I qualified for the home without any problems. All I can say is that they were not very professional. In my opinion, Simon seemed focused only on money. I felt that he was trying to earn commissions from both sides. When I decided not to use his broker, my offer was not accepted, and I was told that another offer had been accepted instead. That was my experience, and it left me feeling that my interests were not the priority.
