I recently purchased a home in La Jolla with Noah as my realtor. Noah definitely had MY best interest in mind. For example, when I expressed an interest in a property slightly out of my original criteria, Noah told me to wait and be patient, that my "unicorn" would show up. And it did! I'm so glad I listened to him. I ended up with a beautiful place that met all my wishes just 2 blocks from the beach. Further, Noah was great at helping to negotiate a great price. It was a pleasure working with Noah. I hope to work with him again. read more

I used Noah to sell my house. I've known Noah since child hood, his Dad is a respected lawyer in San Francisco (as am I) and even though he and I aren't personal friends, I knew he was a Realtor down here, and figured he would be a good choice. I was totally satisfied with his services and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in San Diego area. I think he's from the beach area, but he was able to sell my golden hill craftsman with no difficulty. His assistants/vendors were helpful and professional. His communication level was very good. I derive a lot of my own business from my yelp business profile, so I don't take these reviews lightly. read more

From the very first meeting, my fiancé and I could tell that Noah is professional, organized, experienced, upbeat and very talented in the field. It is beyond impressive the amount of hard work, research, networking, and knowledge he put into working with us. When it came to buying, we were all over the place with what we thought we might want but Noah was super patient with us. We dragged him all over Clairemont and Misa Mesa neighborhoods, and he was always available and friendly about it. When we found the perfect home, Noah stayed on top of everything - he consulted with us every step of the way and made sure the process was done right and every detail was taken care of. I think if you're looking for a real estate agent, you should meet with Noah: just like us, after one meeting, you'll know he's the B.E.S.T. agent around. Thanks Noah! read more

Noah is the consummate professional. He has been our realtor through 3 transactions. 2 buys and 1 sell. He is patient, informative and incredibly knowledgeable. Noah got us "steals" on both of our buys. We made money right out of the gate. He also got us top dollar on our sale. We are very pleased. Will never use another realtor again. Noah Grassi is our man forever! read more

I had a great experience with Noah Grassi when I bought my first condo. At first I didn't know exactly what I wanted and Noah was very helpful and patient with me narrowing down my search providing assistance to me for over a couple years until I found the right home for me. As I was not very familiar with the process, Noah was very helpful providing me assistance on obtaining my finance approval, working on ways to lower my credit score and finding me a place that suited my needs. He was very easy to get a hold for questions by email and phone any time I needed him which was extremely beneficial during a short sale where I was constantly nervous about what was going to happen next with the different required approvals. Even after the process I have been able to contact Noah with different questions regarding my home and offices for my business. I have recommended Noah in the past and will continue to do so! read more

First time buyer here and I had such a great experience working with Noah! I met Noah years ago as acting property manager when I was renting and reached out when I decided to purchase a condo. He is knowledgeable and gave great advice when looking at value vs. location vs. potential upgrades, etc. He also has great team members who made themselves available to answer all questions, he evens has referrals for loan officers and local handymen. I would give him 10 stars if I could, highly recommend! read more

Noah did a great job. I sold my condo in SD. Even if I live in Sweden he was very quick found a good buyer and solved all the problems in a excellent way. I really can recommend him. read more

We are thrilled with our move to San Diego and it wouldnt have been possible without Noah. He helped us find a home for a fair purchase price in a crazy market and was a great advocate leading up to closing. He is a tireless worker, well connected, very knowledgeable and has a strong team. We closed in July and he is still responding to our requests for references/ answering questions. He is no-nonsense and a straight shooter, but also friendly. I highly recommend him just as he was highly recommended to us. read more

I feel blessed that we had Noah with both purchasing our first home and then selling that home. Noah is a true professional, but not at the expense of a personal relationship. Noah cares for his customers and it shows in every step of the process. His communication is fantastic and his knowledge of real estate is apparent. He worked extremely hard for us. We didn't purchase the most expensive house and we didn't sell the most expensive house, but Noah still treated us with the utmost respect as if we were his only customers. Personally, trust is a huge deal for me, especially in a process I know very little about. I completely trust Noah and look forward to purchasing another home with him in the future. I cannot recommend Noah enough. read more

Noah was great! He goes way above and beyond what anyone could possibly expect. He worked with us for months, patiently steering us past potential disasters. He got the house we owned sold and then found us a wonderful new place to live. He dealt with all kinds of details, explaining things patiently anytime we needed advice. We never felt pushed or pressured, he always conveyed the impression that we had as much time as we needed to make these decisions. He also knows a *lot* about San Diego and its neighborhoods and the ins and outs of the housing market. He has our strongest recommendation and if I ever have to sell or buy another house he would be the first number I called. read more

I have purchased two properties with Noah and will definitely work with him again in the future. He is knowledgeable in regards to the real estate process and especially in regards to local property knowledge which is vital. He is very professional, listens and understands exactly what it is that a person is looking for and takes the time to ensure that the person finds the home that is just right for him or her. He always has the best interest of the person he is working with in mind and does not rush to make a sale, but takes the time to carefully weigh the pros and cons of each property down to even the smallest detail; for example, walking time to a condo parking spot. I have worked with other agents who as soon as they arrive/enter a property will only be saying "isn't that nice, isn't that beautiful". I appreciate Noah pointing out all a property's attributes from the big picture to the small details, so that the buyer can make a wise decision rather than an emotional one. Picking the right agent for a home purchase is very important and I am thankful to have worked with Noah. Numerous positive qualities/attributes come to mind when thinking about Noah and I highly recommend him. read more

Noah is awesome. He was very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. We looked at many places before we found the right one. He is an excellent communicator and was on top of all of the details. I recommend him highly! read more

As a younger buyer new to San Diego I wanted to be sure the home purchased was in a great neighborhood and will appreciate over the years. I'm quite high maintenance with my list of "wants" and was very pleased with Noah's service. Not only did he find a great house in a great neighborhood (Kensington) he was very patient and knowledgable. After the sale he continued to help out recommending quality electricians, contractors, and plumbers to ensure the home was as I wanted it. Further he's helping screen possible tenants with background and credit checks. I'm glad I was recommended to Noah from a friend, will continue to do business with him on future purchases, and will recommend him to anyone in beautiful San Diego. -Chris read more

Noah came highly recommended to us from a friend who purchased a home with him a few years prior. And the recommendation was spot on throughout the entire home searching and purchasing process. Actually Noah exceed our expectations and the recommendation. He was super patient with us to help us determine what was important to us in our purchase including location, design and amenities. He connected us with a mortgage broker that helped us identify our budget and then we started the process of finding our perfect home. And we found that perfect home in Fallbrook, CA with a vineyard and incredible sunrise and sunset views. It has the perfect indoor and outdoor lifestyle we were looking for to enjoy the year round incredible weather in San Diego County. Noah's experience, knowledge and professionalism was even commented on and commended by the seller's agent and seller. His attention to detail and advice helped us purchase the home below asking price and make sure every inspection was done to not only our satisfaction but his as well! This included a hiccup that Noah discovered in some of the seller's agent disclosure documents. Noah and his staff made it their time priority to resolve that issue so that we could close within 30 days. Noah is very personable and connects with us after the purchase to make sure everything is going well. Noah is an all around great person and real estate agent. And my wife and I give him our highest recommendation! read more

Buying or selling a house is stressful! Working with Noah takes a lot of that stress out of the process. Noah helped us sell our home in Clairemont and purchase our new home in Carlsbad. Noah worked with us months in advance of selling our home. He gave us honest and realistic advice of how to prepare for the selling/buying process. He helped us sell our home quickly and in return find a fantastic new home in a very competitive market. He dealt with all kinds of details, explaining things patiently anytime we needed advice. We never felt pushed or pressured. Noah is very professional and thorough from beginning to end, and goes above and beyond in little ways. My husband and I have been thru the selling/buying process before and this was by far the least stressful experience we've had, I give credit to Noah for that experience. read more

Noah has been great to work with and what was the most refreshing was that he was someone my wife and I could trust and lean on in weighing up options. With everyone else we talked with I felt they were either not knowledgable enough or were also trying to sell me on the property. Not in the least with Noah. It was a relaxed and careful evaluation of the pros and cons of each property based on our situation and goals. In each property we looked at he found at least one draw back or downside that I did not think of initially. That builds respect. To sum it up Two reasons I would work with Noah again and tell anyone who is looking for a home about him. 1 - Gives a more honest and knowledgable assessment on a property than any other agent I interacted with. 2 - Is very professional and thorough in all dealings and then goes above and beyond in little ways. read more

When I look for a property manager. As a first time home buyer, I could not have asked for a more helpful agent than Noah! He was available at all times of the day on constantly put up w/ my annoying, first-time-homebuyer questions. If anyone is looking the San Diego area, I would definitely recommend Noah! read more

We interviewed 4agents before choosing Noah to sell our Pacific Beach home in April 2022. He is very knowledgeable, competent and familiar with our neighborhood. Our situation was complicated by our being out of state throughout the entire process, caring for my mom who was gravely ill. Noah took over in his reliable trustworthy way, managing everything for us, finding the best people to do termite inspection, yard cleanup and landscaping, minor home repairs, cleaning, photography, staging, listing and showing. He was always in close contact with us about every decision, providing info and options and getting our approval. When we chose an offer to buy our house (at a great price!) he took care of all the requirements and documents, again staying in close frequent contact to guide us through the process. He was solid and trustworthy and had the expertise we relied on. That expertise was invaluable as we dealt with my mom's death while having to sell a house in another state. Noah is exceptional. Look no further. read more

We sold our Del Mar home through Noah in June of 2018. Noah did a great job for us. He was professional yet personable, organized and communicative. Escrow went smoothly due to his preparations. A stress free transaction....I appreciate that. I highly recommend Noah. read more

Noah is an amazing realtor! He's professional, caring, and goes out of his way to ensure that his clients have the most stress-free experience possible buying a new home. He helped me find the perfect home in a very hot San Diego market, and was so patient taking me to see 25 properties before I found the right home. This was during the pandemic, when open houses were not allowed, so he had to set up appointments with the sellers and run around all over the city with me. I'm sure he did this for all his clients, so he was extremely busy. He however, never forgot the criteria on my wish list, and never made me feel like I was taking up his time when a home didn't make the cut. After I put an offer on a home, he continued to ensure that I had the help I needed to make some upgrades before moving in. I would recommend Noah to anyone who's looking for the perfect home in San Diego! He knows the market and he is great to work with! read more

Noah was my neighbor when I moved to SD over 5 years ago. I met many agents over the years but none matched up to Noah's local knowledge and professionalism. When we walked through a place he had everything already researched, was able to tell me every negative about the place to make sure I would be okay with them before I made an offer. This is so important to have, then someone just trying to get you into a house to close a deal. He always got back to me right away on things and when I finally was ready to put an offer in, he got me a deal and a half. If I was to flip my house right now, I may be looking at 80K in profit. If you are looking for a broker, I highly recommend NOAH! He will make you a smarter buyer or more attractive seller. read more

Noah is professional, experienced and listens to your desires. He provides you with excellent feedback about the house and the area prior to and after walking a home with you. As first time buyers, we were unsure and scared. Noah made the process easy and was patient with us. He was a good listener and understood our needs/wants. We valued his opinion and honesty. We were lucky to cross paths. His local expertise and knowledge of the process, made us feel at ease. There wasn't any pressure when we felt overwhelmed and needed to break from house hunting. He helped us understand what was realistic & steered us to understand what our true needs were. I don't know if we could have had a better experience. He was able to hold our hand through the process. Even after our purchase, he is there continuing to offer his help. read more

We work with Noah on the lending side of his transactions. I would say that Noah is one of the most knowledgable and honest Realtors that we have had a chance to work with. Noah Grassi is an all star real estate agent. He is prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Noah helped keep the stress and worries at a bare minimum with useful advice and excellent communication. He was always ready to answer questions, and took the time to really help us through each stage of the process, from the search to closing escrow, and even beyond, with renovations and other house related issues. We could not have imagined having a better experience, and it was so pleasant that we are absolutely not considering using any other agent when acquiring properties in the future. This is our second time working with Noah. He helped us buy a condo back in 2009 and now we were ready to sell the condo (using the built-up equity, yay!) and buy a home. Noah is a pleasure to work with, is very patient, knowledgeable and was on top of everything! It took a few months of searching for the right home for our growing family, but we finally found it. Then we ran across a few bumps in the road during escrow, underground plumbing problems, but he was able to work everything out with the sellers to get the problems addressed and fixed. Now we are enjoying our new home and awaiting our first bundle of joy :) read more

Noah was great to work with! A good friend of mine recommended him. I'm a first time homebuyer and had very little knowledge of the whole process. He was very patient and I never felt like I was under any pressure. Noah was very helpful and quick to answer any of my questions. He helped me find a condo that was perfect for me. Even though escrow has closed, Noah is still willing to assist in any questions or concerns I have. I would recommend him to anyone buying a house. read more

I can't say enough good things about Noah. When my husband and I started the process of looking for a house in San Diego it was seriously overwhelming but Noah made it very simple. He helped us find and buy our dream home with our personalities and requirements in mind. Noah was great to work with as we were pretty discriminating (picky) buyers. He made himself available at the drop of a hat to see a new listing and coached us on strategy when we found a property we wanted to offer on. Noah helped us purchase a condo in the Gaslamp neighborhood of San Diego in September 2018. Noah was awesome from beginning to end. Noah spent a lot of time with us understanding what we were looking for and then showed us many options in each of our targeted neighborhoods and within our price range. We will definitely use Noah for all of our future real estate needs and highly recommend that you do too. Five stars all around. Thanks Noah! read more

Always a great experience! I've referred multiple clients to Noah over the years and I'll continue to do so because of the level of satisfaction he's delivered each time. Noah is the hardest working agent I have ever worked with. He was patient during our very picky selection process, really listened to what we wanted and didn't push us to settle for anything less. He helped us find a rental during our search and continues to support us long after all our papers have been signed. We were lucky and stumbled into his services, but I would recommend him as a number one choice to anyone looking to purchase a home. I could not have been happier with our experience. read more

I found the property i wanted myself, and I didn't use a realtor- Noah had the listing and was representing the seller. We did the transaction with him representing both sides. He was terrific and took the time to meet with me twice downtown at the city as I needed help with zoning issues. Noah is completely honest. Period. And he knows PB inside and out. He was the perfect realtor for representing both sides : no games, clear communication, fair, fast, responsive. I've done many real estate deals and many times with no realtor. Ive seen all sorts of silliness- but with Noah there was none of it. read more

We were referred to Noah by my brother-in-law which we're very happy about. Noah is very personable, knowledgeable, and honest. During our entire home hunting/buying/closing process, he was accessible, patiently answered our many questions, was thorough, had an eye for details, and made us feel comfortable and at ease. We could also count on him for straightforward answers to our questions. I was concerned about taking our two young and very energetic boys along to look at homes, but Noah was great with them and even thanked them when they tried to help out. Even after the closing process, Noah continued to be attentive in making sure all was still well. We would definitely work with him again. read more

Noah is my go to for anything real estate related. I used to work in that field but no longer so he gets all my referrals and takes great care of them. I know a lot of agents and brokers and nobody is on top of things like Noah- responsive, knowledgeable and he cares about the client...he's not about just getting a deal done- it is always the client first. I don't send out referrals for anyone. I would never want somebody coming back to me questioning the person I sent them. I have zero concerns of this with Noah. He's one you can truly trust. read more
