Like other discount stores, you can walk in not knowing what brands to expect. Because of the variety and size differences between brands, the racks are always a mess. The range is targeted towards the 15 - 30 female age group and the various pieces are very cool and chic. The staff are great and really seem to know the brand which is quite refreshing. When I first looked around the store, I thought the pieces would be more expensive but at £20 - £25 for a t-shirt and £12 for a cotton dress the prices are very reasonable for good quality garments. Brandy Melville is great if you are looking to inject a bit of Milan into your London look!

I am not a huge fan of this mall in general, but this is one of my favorite stores in London. One thing I noticed is that the exact same items are sold in both stores, but the prices can and could be different (the stores are just one floor away). It might be wise to check if the item is carried at the other location before you commit to paying a certain price - or perhaps this was just a fluke I noticed.

Tucked away in the quiet corner of the Westfield Mall is the best Uniqlo I've ever been to…read more I never have to fight the crowds. I don't get rained on. The line for the changing rooms are fast! Though Uniqlo isn't my cup of tea. With London's cold weather I've come to appreciate their Heat Tech line. £10 for super thin undershirts that add warmth and not bulk. Love that! They also have jeans that have the Heat Tech Material woven into the jeans but i never thought it would get cold enough for that here. I was wrong. I'll be back for the jeans later.

Today was the first time I have ever left a queue in a shop as a result of waiting for too long to purchase my selections. After waiting for a few minutes without any progress, one elderly person in the queue did ask if they could fill the other four cashier desks beyond the three that were already active which the cashier girl ignored for about 2 minutes before she announced they needed help?! What a joke. I left at this point, frustrated at how ineffectively the way this shop seems to be run. I was ready to spend my hard earned money and instead left feeling frustrated.

Customer service here was pretty good when I came. Lady was very tolerant with my friend and I selecting many different dresses and sizes. The dress I selected was slightly dirty and they did not have any more in stock in that store. They were very helpful in getting one ordered for me, for delivery to my home address.
