Prior to your visit I'd keep your expectations low on the quality as most everything is plastic and inexpensive fast fashion items, but for a quick stop while you're in town, it's not too bad and they have fitting rooms so you can try things on. We did not love the UK law where although Primark opens at 11:30am on Sundays, you can't purchase anything until 12pm, so if you visit on a Sunday from out of town, it's just something to be aware of. All in all, the honey liked his £7 swimsuit and we were able to use self-checkout, so overall we'd definitely come back.

It is located on Regent Street in London. It is close to Underground Stations on near enough every line, being just a short walk away from Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus and step-free Green Park. Despite being larger, the store follows traditional Superdry decor, a slightly dark and cool vibe but it has unique twists to warrant the flagship location including large writing with the brand name going across the escalators and multiple floors. The store layout was pretty straightforward, but do be careful of "steps" which might separate different parts of the shop floor. The Lower Ground floor wasn't too welcoming from the lift, I felt like the lift had dropped me off at an abandoned building, it was quiet with no people or signs, it felt quite scary until I went along to find the toilet and a passage lit up by the other part of the store, so this could do with some work to implement the same vibrance the store has across all areas. The staff could have been all friendly and for a store of its' size, there doesn't seem to be enough lifts which is a shame. Slightly higher pricing in some areas is also worth noting. A cool, large Superdry store, albeit not without its' faults but this flagship Regent Street, London branch does warrant a three-star rating.

I like the feel of this space; it's really open, and light and over two large floor as opposed to several smaller ones. It has extensive women's and men's, *as well as* Zara Home at the back. The shop lights were still on, and we could see people inside (who we later realised were all staff). We approached the automatic doors, but they didn't open. We checked the store's Saturday closing time on Google Maps and saw it was 7:00 pm. Just as we were about to give up, we noticed a staff member inside with long, straight brown hair, smiling and gesturing for us to come in through the glass door. Although we knew the store had already closed, I initially thought the staff member was being kind and generous by inviting us for a quick look. However, despite her repeated gestures, the automatic door remained shut. After a while, I realised the staff member had no intention of letting us in and was, in fact, making fun of us. I felt completely mocked and ridiculed, leaving me with a sense of being insulted. Later, the same staff member made a gesture with her hands, appearing to mouth an apology, but by then it felt insincere. I couldn't shake the feeling that this incident was racially motivated. She seriously needs to learn how to treat others with basic respect, even before receiving any customer service training. This was the worst experience I have ever had, and I will not be returning to ZARA again.
