Cute spot on way to north shore! Lots of indoor and outdoor seating and parking is so easy! There are two entrances, one from the main busy road, one one from the parking lot. Everything was super good! Portions were just right and prices are very reasonable. Get the tonkatsu and the hamachi and jalapeño roll!!!

My sister said this place is supposed to have really good poke, so we decided to give it a try. We got the original poke, and it was one of the better poke bowls I've had. It wasn't overly seasoned, and it didn't need to be because the fish was sooo fresh. I also love that they use sushi rice! We also got an order for the takoyaki, which was super crispy and fresh. It did take awhile to get our food, but it was definitely worth the wait. I would definitely recommend coming here for poke if you're in the area! There was lots of parking in the lot behind the shops.

So good! Hubby and I stopped in for dinner after a long beach day, and had an overall great experience. I got the chicken karaage which was very crispy and well seasoned. Hubby got a mix of the original ahi and salmon. He said it was the best poke of our whole trip, and it did look very fresh. There's plenty of parking out back. The shop is fairly small however we had no problem finding a table. The staff was also very friendly. We're definitely going to have to return again when I'm not pregnant because I definitely missed out on the poke!

My best kept North Shore secret for some hearty Japanese food! I always stop by here while exploring Haleiwa town, and every I've got have been great. - Food: The curry udon was warm and flavorful (can use more toppings but it's not unexpected), both the hamachi and salmon hand rolls are great, and my fav has to be the takoyaki! My only note is everything didn't come out hot hot, which is my personal preference. - Atmosphere: Small restaurant with decent seatings and some outside tables, tablet self-ordering. We had to wait quite a bit for our food - Parking: it's in the middle of Haleiwa, and they do have a parking lot in the back, or you can park anywhere and walk around

Station with napkins and utensils. Do not forget them if you are eating out!

No7 Poke n Roll is, in my opinion, the BEST poke on the island. The fish is always super fresh, tender, and never drowned in sauce. When they do use sauce, it's just the right amount: flavorful, a little spicy, but not so much that it hides the taste of the fish. Even the rice deserves a mention. I'm usually not a rice fan at all, but here I could eat it by itself. Another thing I like is how they cut the fish. It's not the usual cubes, but more like rectangular slices. Somehow that makes a difference in texture and taste. My go-to is the Miso Spicy Poke, but during a time when we weren't eating fish, we tried the tofu poke. I can say it was the best tofu I've ever had in my life. The space inside is small, so we usually just take our poke to the beach. A tip: don't forget utensils! They don't automatically put them in your bag, and once we forgot and had to eat with a kid's spoon (not fun). Parking is surprisingly good for Haleiwa (there's a big lot in the back). Ordering is done on touchscreen kiosks. The first time was a little confusing because you have to manually select your fish before it lets you continue, but after figuring that out, it's been smooth. The staff are busy bees. They're not overly chatty, but I honestly appreciate that they're focused on making great food instead of small talk. Orders come out pretty quickly. They open at 11 am, which can be sad if you hit the beach early. Sometimes we actually plan our beach days around stopping here first. It's that good.

Food was good but everything had to be paid including a tiny cup of tempura sauce. No comp water either. Cute, cozy place. Self service. Lots of parking in the back.

Clean, homey and love the music! A great place to chill while having a fresh poke bowls.

A gem in Haleiwa. It was recommended by my niece. Everything here is so fresh and tasty! My to go place now when I go Northshore side.

The caliente poke is not for those that can't handle spice. Delicious. I use the app to order just because I'm close by easier to order ahead if I'm in a rush. The staff is always so friendly. I appreciate the No7 team.

We went on a Thursday for lunch. It wasn't busy at all. To order, there are screens in the front with pictures which is nice. It was easy to order. Even though it wasn't busy, the employees did not welcome us at all which was a bit disappointing. For the poke, we ordered the poke combo which was a crunchy spicy ahi, and a hamachi. For the price, it was not a lot of food. And they didn't have any free water so you have to purchase a water bottle. The poke was good but I don't think was a good price for what you get and I wish the employees were more welcoming.

** this is a business front and not a food truck ** First off, the hamachi is absolutely amazing. Regardless of the poke style you choose, you receive FREE masago and furikake. Absolutely delicious! Loved the combo to try their chicken karage which had a great flavor and cook. Ordering was a breeze on the automated servers and the staff was prompt with each order. Plenty of seating options inside and outside. Air conditioning is great to help escape the heat. There's a bathroom outside in the plaza. Will forever save, return to, and recommend. Every. Single. Time.

I wanted to see if this place was better than the other poke place near here. I love poke for the people but today was wanting to try new places. While I don't really care for the touchscreen self ordering, the food here was amazing!!!! Holy smokes if I could eat that once a week, I would! It might not seem like a lot, but it is so filling. The restaurant used to be an ice cream parlour but they remodeled it, the seating/dining area is so cute.

Yes that small pink scoop is spicy ahi lol not worth it lol
    Siyah N.

Not worth your guys time food is way to pricey for what it is and when u add an extra $3 for spicy ahi u expect poke but instead u get a super small scoop im talking like a 1/8 of a scoop of of mash up ahi like mash potato and it wasn't even spicy so already that's a disappointment only good thing was the rice was hot lol and plus u have the owner just making himself ice cream and eating it while we was trying to figure out how to order and see what comes with everything do your guys self a favor and go somewhere else to get ur moneys worth like at Haleiwa joes or Giovanni's shrimp truck something like that u guys would probably have a better time at genki sushi in my opinion coming from a local from ewa beach Yessuh

We actually lucked out and grabbed seats at the bar first, which worked out perfectly. We had a couple of drinks, and shortly after, they moved us to an outdoor dining table. Honestly, the timing couldn't have been better -- the ambiance outside with the weather was amazing. Service was super quick, even as the restaurant filled up insanely fast (seriously, it got packed almost immediately). As always, we went for the prime rib -- and it did not disappoint. The portion was huge and easily shareable. We also ordered the Brussels sprouts, which were sweet, crispy, and paired perfectly with this super umami, flavorful mayo-based dipping sauce. For dessert... wow. If you love anything with an Oreo crust and coffee ice cream, you need to try it. I'm still thinking about it. Tip: Get there right when they open -- or even a little before -- because the place fills up fast and parking is pretty limited.

The place was smaller than we expected, had a relaxed comfortable charm. The weather was comfortable outside so we sat on the covered porch area on interesting heavy well made chairs. Arrived early so the place was relatively quiet Staff were very attentive. Their happy hour runs between 5 and 6, took advantage of the lower rate on two items. Husbands ordered the hamburger which was very juicy and had tasty add ons. It came with garlic fries that were delish. The Tapas we tried were the Spicy garlic shrimp on rice, roasted Brussel sprouts and cauliflower dish. All were delish, be warned the Shrimp dish is very spicy, we ordered a little bread to cut the heat. All in all we enjoyed our dining experience at Maya's.
