Our dog looked forward to his weekly sessions and would eagerly go to the car knowing he was going to see Raquel. Afterwards, he would be able to walk so much better and his improved mobility was noticeable. Her treatments combined with underwater treadmill therapy provided huge benefit that extended his quality of life. We highly recommend Raquel and only wish we had found her sooner. Don't wait until your pup has mobility issues. They will benefit from early treatments to keep them moving and address any issues early.

Raquel made sure Betsy got enough exercise to keep her anxiety down and has a comfy space where I'm sure dogs feel right at home when they are with her. Not only did Nicole keep our dogs fed & let out to potty; she brought her A game when it came to mental stimulation/enrichment toys for our two high energy Australian Cattle Dogs. The weather (& pavement) was a bit too hot for walks, but Nicole made frozen peanut butter treats, brought puzzles to engage their minds, and played lots of ball in the back yard. She also sent plenty of photo and video updates through the day which helped give us peace of mind that our dogs were in great hands!

Unfortunately a lot of trainers use aversives, especially with large strong dogs. We were so excited to find Julia, and after our meet & greet we were confident she was a good choice. Julia did a 2 week board & train with our dog while we were traveling, mainly focusing on leash skills and practicing calm behavior around exciting things. We noticed an immediate improvement, but have also been continuing to work on the training at home after our follow up. The check-in process was quick but thorough--they asked detailed questions about my dog's diet, medication schedule, and personality and they asked me about things I wanted him to work on while being boarded, which immediately gave me peace of mind. During his stay, I received updates about his progress with training. The facility itself was clean, spacious, and smelled fresh--always a good sign in a boarding environment. What impressed me most was how happy and relaxed my dog was when I picked him up. He wasn't stressed, anxious, or overly tired--instead, he seemed like he'd been on a vacation of his own. His bedding was clean, his food portions had been managed exactly as instructed. Im glad I found a great place for dog training and boarding as well as sitting in Mukilteo.
