The laborers do not wear uniforms & look like they were hired off of the Craigslist Stoner section at minimum wage. They DO NOT keep the house or street clean as there is trash left everywhere, every night. The Bi State truck frequently is parked perpendicular on the street, completely blocking traffic. I'm pretty sure on of the young stoners is smoking a bowl in his car right now. I even called the number on the truck and some read headed, unprofessional driver of the truck hit the "ignore" button while he was completely free of doing any task. I did NOT receive a call back. My entire court is pissed and we made complaints with the city to rid us of this business who has complete lack of concern with surrounding neighbors. They are the junk. We just can't get them removed.
