Our lawn was looking sad. So we asked for a quote to restart and never received a reply. We found another company. Again on 1/11/24 I asked for a 2024 quote. After not hearing back I called. The person told me they'd get back to me. And here it is 2/2/24 and I'm still waiting. Again I hired someone else but I'd honestly rather use Pristine. Just think how much they could grow if they just called back. Best of luck! Awesome knowledgeable company. Lawn looked great! Best ever! It's too bad.

We paid $1600 to have mulch in our front yard, around our pool and a specific area in our woods. We had them come out and walked through each area prior to the bid. They mulched most of our large wooded area including our yard waste pile and the covered many of our ferns and other plants in areas they were not supposed to mulch. They did not mulch our front yard or the pool area. When we contacted them they said they used more mulch than planned when they mulched areas we did not want mulched so they could not mulch the front yard or the pool area unless we paid more.

Tired of him having sappy fur, I decided to do something about it - hire someone to fix it for me. I got a few quotes for tree trimming, and Liscombe was the lowest. When they came out to take a look, talked with the guy for several minutes about why/when/how trees are trimmed, and shortly after he left I received the quote in my email. They just finished the job today, and I am very happy with the result. Went over what was in the job invoice and where I wanted the trees trimmed, what to do with the remaining wood, etc. I asked to keep a few of the cut limbs for firewood and they even sectioned it down for me. VERY happy with the service, nice and polite folks that dealt with my curious self watching them do their job. Looking forward to having groomed trees and my dog having sap-free fur.
