No up selling, no nonsense, very honest. I would have normally taken my vehicle to my dealership, but I've lost all faith in the Service Dept., and the Tech in mis diagnosing causing me several hundred more dollars, as well as taking it elsewhere to find out it was just a bad battery and not the starter which the dealer missed and charged me for a new starter. Gateway, diagnosed and fix the issue in 4 hours. I highly recommend them. While not a big fancy facility, these gentlemen are honest, and fair. Excellent work!!!!

END UPDATE For years I have been able to rely on and trust the staff of Gateway Automotive. Today when my car died outside of the library I called the shop and Ryan assured me that if I towed it over they would take care of it so I did. I was immediately greeted by the staff and Ryan went straight to work. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in less than 2 hours. He was direct, accurate and incredibly helpful. I am grateful for his hard work. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I ALWAYS recommend this shop for the fact that they've never been wrong and have always been honest. Many times I've sent my friends to Gateway for second opinions and nearly every time their diagnosis was on point and way more affordable. It's hard to find an honest mechanic in this town...
