I particularly liked the RTI device he set up, since its a master controller and is programmed to operate the many components in a coordinated way. My wife just presses one button and we're streaming, or we're playing 4k disks for movies. Spectacular. I'm particularly pleased that Gregg is always there when you need him. They cleaned up my HDMI/Ethernet wiring without me asking by running them through walls instead of the cord cover I was using. They had extra HDMI cable as mine was too short. After they finished they asked for less than 50 percent of what I expected the project to cost. I would recommend for any installation and just wished I contacted them sooner.

In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.
