Seeing as this company stole from me, I'd give them negative stars if I could. I've ordered Juul pods online from this place for about six months now. For the most part things have been ok, a few minor issues, but ok. Last month on their website, they were selling KN95 Protective masks. Because masks were becoming difficult to find, I bought two. One for me, and one for my elderly mother who has some serious health issues, and for whom COVID-19 would almost certainly turn deadly if she caught it. The masks were $9.95 each for a total of $19.90. I added them to an order where I was also buying pods. The website said the masks would ship out starting March 27th. I placed my order on March 23rd. My order came with my pods, and a note the masks were on backorder. On March 29th, I went online to their website to see if they were still selling the masks, and they were no longer listed on the website. I contacted their customer support, and Larry responded that the masks were starting to ship out the next day, March 30. Well, it is April 11, I received no masks, and despite multiple more emails, first asking for updates, then saying to cancel the order, and requesting a refund, I have heard nothing back. No Leaf Vapor and Larry "the Juul Guy" are exploiting a national, unprecedented health crisis to defraud and steal money from customers. It doesn't get much lower than that, folks. While the prices are good, lately there's a reason for that. Quality has dipped severely and getting a properly blended bottle of juice at the right VG level and nicotine level has become a guessing game. The past three purchases, the nictone level had to be made in house at time of purchase and was well over 3mg and the consistency was like water in comparison to their standard bottles. If an employee cannot mix the products properly, then they really need to be retrained or have an employee on hand that can do the job. I shouldn't have to burn through coils and have to throw away nearly full bottles of juice because the product is simply unusable. read more

I used to like this shop until I had a simple question. I placed an online order on a Saturday evening - like I have several times in the past. Normally I receive a notice that my order has been filled and shipped on Monday. Well - this time by Wednesday I hadn't received anything. So I email hem asking he status and I get a reply - "we don't ship on weekends". Well - that was pretty rude in my opinion - so I replied I know hat but it's now Wednesday and I still haven't received anything about my order - then I receive another rude reply that said " we fill orders in the order hey are received". Again I was just looking for a more customer focused reply. Something like - sorry - we had a busy weekend and have been a little backed up or sorry - we missed your order and it's being filled now. Then a few days later I see a 'refund' for an order I placed a month ago - and the owner of the shop - Larry Goldstein - left me a voicemail to call him back. So I call him - and he's then accusing me of filing a complaint/refund request with PayPal. Which I never did. So my advice. Stay away from this place if you want to be treated like crap and accused of something that you didn't do. He doesn't care about his customers. He only cares about the money he can make off you. read more

I'm new and went to this shop because i bought juice from another shop that was giving me headaches. The owner there was really helpful, told me many different reasons that could have happened to me and then showed me a bunch of things to help me get situated. I have placed 4 orders now through the owners website thejuulguy.com. The first and third order shipped out relatively quickly. My second order went a week without any shipping info so I emailed the owner and day after day got replies saying he was on his way into the office and it would be shipped out the next day, it took 4 days of pestering for my item to finally ship. This most recent and last order has been an absolute nightmare. I placed my order on Monday August 5th, knowing full well he states it takes 3 business days to ship. Come August 12th I still hadn't received anything. I called him mid day and he said he was on his way down to the warehouse and would call me back. I never received a call. The next day I called him again and he said he sent me the tracking info and to check my spam folder and that he would send it again. Still nothing. The next day I call him again and he said he had to contact the post office and see what was up and that he would call me back. He didn't call me back but Finally on the 14th I did receive a notification from USPS that a label had been created. So him saying he sent me the tracking info two days prior was a blatant lie. I watched the tracking for 3 days and it continued to say "label created, waiting on item". Over the next several days I called him over a dozen times trying to figure out what the hold up was. Everytime I was met with an excuse and saying he would call me right back but never did. On Tuesday August 20th I spoke with him on the phone and he said that he spoke with his "point of contact" at the post office and that it was out for delivery in my city and would be here by 8:30 that night. Here I am 2 days later on the 22nd with no package in sight I finally had enough and got the tracking number from him, which he had been promising to get to me for days. He didn't even get the package to USPS until 3:41 PM on the 20th, the day he said it was out for delivery and would be here by 8:30 PM. Long story short, his online business is completely unprofessional and he lies to his customers non stop. Maybe his store is a good business but I would not recommend ordering anything online from this man. Would give negative stars if possible. read more

Stopped in there today after continuously passing the store and not thinking twice. They make all their juices in-house, but are starting to carry popular third party juices. Staff was super chill, very personable; in other words, they made me feel very welcome. Prices can't be beat on tech, highly recommend. read more

On April 5th, 2015 I went to No Leaf Vapor's East Dundee shop. I wanted to quit smoking and a few of my friends that vape, suggested I try it. The East Dundee store is now closed, but these guys are so great and so knowledgeable, that I drive the 25 minutes to Algonquin to shop with them. There is a vape store right around the corner from my house, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. As a side note.....after 44 years I am nicotine free!!
