It might seem a bit strange to say I haven't purchased anything at this shop but that I can attest to the customer service until I explain.....on two separate occasions I was called upon to perform repairs at this location and was able to hear interactions between the owner and multiple customers. Knowing nothing about the products for sale here I was able to gain a bit of insight through the obviously knowledgeable responses to numerous confusing questions fielded by the owner. Customer service, not to mention KNOWLEDGEABLE customer service seems to be near nonexistent today.....not here! If the vape thing is your bag, I would say check this place out. read more

Truly the most knowledgeable when it comes to beginner vapers From the moment I walked in in was given the attention and answers I needed. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing anything out if my comfort zone. I had an issue with an item I purchased and they exchanged it with no questions asked and made it right. Having visited and being a regular at a few of the vape shops in town, I have to say this is the place to go for hardware, supplies, and juice. They have a wide variety of product lines and always seem to have the latest mods, tanks, etc. in stock. This is a small shop that I've been frequenting for about six months. It's currently the only vapor store I'm using and I expect my review will move to five stars once we work out some stocking issues but I will say that customer service here goes above and beyond anything I've experienced anywhere else! I went to this place for the first time a little over a week ago and I have to say I have found my new vape shop! this store in my opinion has the most options of juice in this area. The owner was there and was super friendly and easy to talk to. I got to hang out for a little bit and try tons of flavors with out feeling pressured to buy anything. The store is bright and colorful when you walk in and everything is clean. Every staff member i have met is knowledgeable and helpful. I cam here to stop smoking. Ram was very nice, as well as the rest of the staff, but I feel like I got ripped off as far as devices go. The first one I ever bought didn't really work for me. I went back in explaining specifically what it was that I needed in a new device. I asked for a recommendation since I was new to the vape scene so to speak. The 2nd device they sold me wasn't any better, in fact it was worse. At some point I went to another shop, explained my problem, and got a new one. It ended up being exactly what I needed. I spent over $200 dollars between those first 2 devices, and it went into the garbage. Their juice selection is huge and very tasty, but a little expensive compared to where I go now. And the guys that run it are very good with customers. read more

Sadly I did not meet the owner, or so I believe. My interactions with this place are very limited but I had my better half pick up a tank and mod/battery that is now giving me problems. I didn't bother digging up the actual receipt because I know any "warranty" is gone but still specifically went to this shop since it was purchased there figuring they'd help me out. Doubly so since I do have friends that live in the area and this is THEIR "regular" shop, and actually told me how they had the same issues before, and had received help from @vapor previously. So basically whoever was working there at the time, wasn't rude, but in my opinion was "politely rude" basically telling me there was nothing he could do for me =\ Of course when he didn't even actually examine my problem, I then figured he would rather just make a sale (why fix it when you can buy something new @.@). So that made me a little more irritated. However, by some grace of LUCK there was a patron (presumably a regular) chillin' inside that asked me to step out to his car with him. He opened the door and there was more ecig stuff laying there, he picks up an identical model to the one I had that I wanted "fixed". After the whole ordeal we ended up making a trade off (I bought him a bottle of juice, and he gave me the mod/battery). So while it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, my problem did get solved, but at no thanks to @vapor :( I'm sure it may otherwise be a great shop, and as I said (IMHO) he was "politely rude", it is a HUGE step up from some of the vape shops I've seen (where they're flat out rude). I'm sure the owner is probably a great guy as I see so many others here have said, but sadly I haven't even met the guy. Also the fact that they have nice "regulars" is a good sign too! So all in all, I would recommend this place, but maybe only if you live in the area, and get to interact with the owner? I surely wouldn't recommend traveling out of your way (like I did), that may result in dissatisfaction. For my current "view" of this place, you get 3*'s (middle of the road) - while there's certainly worse places, there are also certainly better... read more

I liked the shop, until the last two visits. I had my heart set on the istick 50W and the Aspire Atlantis. When I got there, every employee at the store pointed me towards the Artic sub ohm tank. They also told me the Artic was the same price as the Atlantis, at 30 dollars. I trusted these guys at this point, so I listened. The tank had huge clouds, but was a little light on the flavor. I was happy. Two weeks later, while sleeping, I knocked the istick off my nightstand and awakened to a shattered tank on my carpet. Now I know this was user error, but after one drop, the durable Pyrex tank advertised to me was an obvious lie. I go back to explain my situation, but wasn't expecting much. I know I dropped it. I ask for the Atlantis, the tank I originally wanted, and it comes up at 45 dollars. The store owner says he knows all the prices for the sub ohm tanks are 45. I ask him to look at my purchase history to verify my story. The owner looks it up, tells me I'm right, and still doesn't help me out. This store just lost a regular customer and I would be wary of any purchase from this location other than liquid. read more
