Curious why they don't just give out 60-70 tickets with the plate number stuck on the back (to avoid resale) at 7am like an NYC Italian Deli? The State really should create an island inspection station that can take some of the pressure off of the Don Allen station. The state & island taxes are surely substantial enough to cover it. Taxing folks who can afford to send minions to do it for them tells me the money is there.
