Very disappointed with our experience with NoFlex Moving and Logistics. Even after an initial complaint, the owner reached out to me and promised to follow up in 2-3 days after an investigation. Nearly 3 weeks later, he hasn't gotten back after calls and texts following up. Originally, movers were slated to be at my home by 2:00 but they got stuck on another job and pivoted to saying 4:30. They ended up arriving well after 5:00 to start the job. The office was communicative with me during this time, which I appreciated. This wouldn't be a big deal if the job was done properly, but it certainly wasn't. As a result of being well beyond their intended start time, I felt the movers were in a hurry and careless with our belongings in an attempt to get off early. Our items were slid down our staircases and thrown sloppily into a truck, resulting in many damaged items and thousands of dollars in broken items that were improperly stacked with items on top of them. They rushed through the entire job, bragging of being complete in "record time" of just over 1.5 hours when scheduled for 3 hours. Upon saying they were complete, I walked through the home and found no less than 20-30 items (boxes and other items sitting in plain sight that were obviously intended to be loaded) that they had ignored. Even after asking multiple times for the items to be loaded, they kept loading 3-4 of them and then try to leave. I ended up having to micro-manage the last half hour of the move. This resulted in the rushed packing and boxes being thrown/damaged. The most unsettling damaged item of all was that our grill was put into the truck with the propane tank still attached and turned on. They then stacked a heavy planter pot on the grill which resulted in a bent propane line in the grill and propane leaking into the back of the U-Haul which we did not discover until we were unloading the next day. I feel like movers should know to either un-attach a propane tank or ask the owner to do it so as to not cause a major hazard. Further, items were carelessly stacked - such as putting outdoor furniture on top of our couches resulting in stained and damaged upholstery. Toward the end of the pack, items were just thrown inside the truck with no attempt to properly pack, resulting in many crushed pieces of glass, broken workout equipment, and broken electronics. I wish the experience was better, but it was unfortunately bad enough that the crew unpacking in our new destination had issues wading through broken glass and damaged items to efficiently unpack us, which cost us even more on our unpack on top of thousands of dollars in damaged items. My recommendation is to not use this company - and especially if you have an evening job when their employees are obviously willing to cut corners to get home on time. A job worth doing isn't a job worth doing right to this company. read more

They don't pay the contractors on time and they short their pay by days. Especially on the WayFair contract in Birmingham Al.

Unprofessional company. Broke so many items. Made me go buy more packing supplies and still used them incorrectly. ended up paying nearly a thousand to have thousands more in broken things. Would have been better off hiring a serious company read more

Horrible experience with this company. The owner lied to me and coerced me to pay money that was not agreed upon. They are very unprofessional: 1. They were extremely late. They were so late they had to reschedule for a couple days later and even then they were 6 hours late and I thought they weren't coming, leaving me scrambling last minute. I also had to miss a day of work wages due to them coming so much later than they said. 2. They stood around on their phones not working most of the time. One guy stood dazed-out just staring into space, literally, and not moving a majority of the time, and the other guys were on their phones or talking or eating. My friend and I had to do most of the work that I had hired them to do, or else it never would've gotten done. 3. They disrespected and damaged my belongings and did not pay for it. The owner's wife/office assistant was making sarcastic remarks about the job the whole time and kicking or throwing my things to move them, instead of lifting them, and when they broke one of my furniture pieces, she said it didn't matter because she thought it was junky anyway. I did not hire them to judge the value of my belongings, just to move them safely from Point A to Point B. 4. They made me pay before the job was completed and told me there would not be additional charges when they completed, except for the boxes. However, after I paid, they took a really long time completing and charged me again, after telling me there would not be additional charges. This is not what they had promised me. Also, the owner did not stand by the price he quoted me for the supplies. I want to warn other consumers not to believe a word the owner tells you. 5. They did a very sloppy job and did things like stacked a bookshelf in my storage unit on top of my glass fish tank, which they hadn't even put in a box, and they did not wrap most of the furniture. The whole thing was a disaster, but the worst part was being lied to by the owner and finding out the hard way that this business lacks integrity. read more

These guys are the Best ! We originally hired a crew through U- Haul that couldn't get along and walked off the job! Leaving us stranded with a truck full of furniture in front of our new home. West Weight Movers came to our rescue and worked through the night unloading the truck and placing furniture. They are the best group of guys! Highly recommend them !
