If you want quality and honesty, look elsewhere. Our 89 home Co-op entered into a 12 month contract with Tim. 30+ homeowners signed a petition to terminate his contract due to complete lack of work ethic and his lack of knowledge. We saw zero value in the large contract that he was paid. We even allowed him to exercise a 30 day termination notice that was written into the contract. Tim chose to except our months payment, but chose to ghost our community. He took the money and ran. Laughing in our faces. Our contractor liaison requested that Tim Farris complete cleaning up a few piles of brush and branches that he promised to do in the fall of 2025. He didn't even have the integrity to respond to the request. The guy took two months of contract payments and gave our community nothing in return. Please don't get fooled by this horrible contractor. You will regret it.

All 5 plants that they put in our yard died and did not grow back this spring. 3. They did not cover all the areas with black plastic / fabric like they promised. We now have weeds coming through all rock areas. This section of work alone cost $1800 and looks disgraceful 4. Elf's never returns our calls and my mother is devastated with the quality of work. I was assured that each segment of Wade Landscaping was unique. People who cut the lawn aren't the people who do the weeding. Landscapers don't do tree work, etc. That turned out not to be the case. After months of a delay in getting started they did come in to complete work on a sinkhole and shed level reset. Guys who did the work were polite, hard working, and did a good job. And contrary to what I was told did some mimimal tree trimming called for under a different quote/workorder. A second proposal to have tree and landscape bushes trimed has yet to be completed. Contract in November. It's now April. When I called to complain I got an email from the manager telling me that he was unaware it hadn't been completed. I expressed my dis-satisfaction in poor communication and followup. Asked that he contact me to discuss the situation and the future relationship between us. No response. Sometimes there is nothing backing up a good first impression.
