I would not recommend Eric for any repairs of your lawnmower. I ordered a deck replacement kit…read more When it arrived, Eric replaced parts, but not my new ones. Unbeknownst to me, he put old used parts ont machine and kept my new replacement parts of spindles, blades, pulleys and deck belt. I found out about the deception after just one mowing when the still old belt snapped. I took it to Napa and they confirmed it was an old belt. I reordered a deck belt, and Eric still has not put it on my lawnmower. I called him several times about this, and he is not returning my calls. I paid him $150 cash for install, $120 for my original deck kit, and another $30 for a second deck belt. After rolling it up on blocks, I can clearly see the deck replacement parts are old and used. $300 later, my lawnmower is still inoperative and I am out $300. He is very dishonest, and I would not recommend using any of his services.

After pricing the replacement parts and realizing that they would cost far more than I originally anticipated I contacted him and requested a meeting to walk through the machine and verify that I actually needed everything that I had priced. He seemed anoyed that I was contacting him and reiterated that I needed to replace all of the parts that he had originally recommended. I accepted this answer and ordered the parts. The parts arrived about 2.5 weeks after I originally dropped the machine off. I immediately called him and left a message saying that the parts had arrived and requesting a time when I could drop them off. After not hearing from him 11 days I called 3 more times and left messages asking him to call me. He did not return any of my calls. On the last call I left a message that I no longer wanted him to work on the machine. He finally called me back, not to apologize for his unresponsiveness, but to make excuses about why he had not started working on the machine. He then informed me that the key for the machine was left in the ignition and the machine was left outside in an unsecured spot. He also informed me that I owed him $55 for diagnosis fees. He provided me zero value and cost me more than a month of delay in starting the work on repairing my machine. I am massively dissatisfied in the experience that I had with this business.
