We have had The Burnt Truck's food before and really enjoyed everything we ate so I was excited to see that they had a catering option. I reached out to The Burnt Truck a couple months before our daughter's party to get more information on how their catering would work for a private event. Minh immediately got back to me with menu options and pricing. We reserved the date, made our deposit, and they took care of the rest! We had around 60-70 guests and each person got to choose from four sandwich options (cheeseburger slider, friend chicken slider, mozzarella slider, or PB&J slider) as well as their choice of fries or tots. The standard time slot for private events is 2 hours of food service, but since our party was longer than that, we opted to pay for an extra 2 hours of time. In the end it worked out perfectly because our party was on the smaller side and our guests were able to get food at the start of the party, then go back and order seconds later on before the party was over.
