We Looked at the trailer and decided that we were going to proceed with the purchase. We went back to Stony RV to sign off on the paperwork and noticed during the inspection that the fridge was leaking. We were told they had one upstairs they could swap it out for, they just had to make sure if was the right fit first. Otherwise, they may need to source elsewhere. They put his name on the folder, and let us know they would get back to us. We followed up a couple times, waiting for the fridge situation to be rectified. Today we were told "sorry, we sold that trailer." What a complete waste of time, will not be using them again. Would not recommend to others. Hopefully the person that bought the trailer received it with the new fridge. Not just a broken fridge with the mess cleaned up and tucked under the rug for the owner to deal with on his own dime.

Edmonton West Location:…read more At first when I got to ArrKann, I was impressed. But over the last 3 weeks, the customer service has been a complete hassle! The Sales team; Cassandra & Ryan were both amazing, friendly and they really took our dreams into a reality! (Them two honestly need a freaking raise!) The day of pick up, we drove the trailer to the plot of land of which it would be staying and being a first time buyer we were extremely cautious bringing it home. Upon getting it home, we had noticed the furnace vent door had not been closed completely by their service department; and it had in fact broke in half from the wind all within 30 mins of owning it. We went straight back to Arrkann right away to order the furnace cover. The service manager Christine had ensured that she would order us a new cover and that she would call us... multiple days later still no phone calls. We used the trailer for one night. After pulling out our couches and chairs, there was mouse poop and chewed up pieces of foam scattered under the furniture and in the floor vents. Not cleaned and burnt out light bulb's, but we thought "what ever it's an easy fix" Then the rain came the next day... Buying a 2015, we were aware that it wasn't brand new; however that is why we chose a 30k trailer over a kijiji special. The seal around our slide out was in fact leaking and pouring in water over our dinette, the slide out wall and about 20" of our carpet. We IMMEDIATELY returned it back to ArrKann. That evening we dropped off; we were so close to closing time that we had to call them to say we were on our way and would be there right at closing time. Their staff stayed until we pulled up, and to be told by another service member "that furnace cover is here and in stock"... I was furious, the fact that nobody in the service department even called to tell us they had the part and there was no calls ever made from Christine. We had called her a total of 9 times in a week; leaving multiple voicemails for an update, and never once did she bother to call us. It came to a point where my father had to step in and call Christine to hear of any update on our trailer; she which then put the phone down on my father! (He is a service manager for over the last 16+ years, and never once has he ever treated a customer the way that Christine had). From this point on, our only point of contact is the Manager Cliff. G. For all of our updates, we have called him directly for all of our questions, and estimate time to pick up our trailer. What we thought would be quick, easy and great service; me & Daniel are very disappointed in the ArrKann service department. Sales team is great, and they worked their magic (Amanda was great at getting the interest rate that we were hoping for!). But once you buy, you're on your own. "We've water tested your trailer with a sprinkler, and we can't find any leak, you can come pick up your trailer when you're ready"....they didn't want to reseal our slide out because they couldn't find the problem. However we had video proof of the leak, and the force of wind and amount of water in that rain storm was much greater than what a 'sprinkler' could do. Save your pennies and buy PRIVATELY! 2 Stars, one for Cassandra & one for Ryan doing an amazing job and finding us our dream trailer within our budget. Thank you so much, to the BOTH of you.

I had a problem with my monitor panel and radio since I hooked up my batteries wrong and blew some fuses. Jason the service manager goes in and fixes the problems in 10 minutes hooks my batteries up correctly and says No Charge. I'm so glad I met Jason and Integrity RV. Integrity RV really works hard to please and get your business To show the contrast to another RV dealership who I had used in the area for many years unfortunately changed hands last year under new ownership. After being told it would cost me next to nothing to lubricate my slide out they charged me $100. extra over and above the other work I was having done. I totally felt ripped off and that's why I decided to go to Integrity RV. for all my RV service and needs.

The receptionist has answers for nothing, you can ask her anything and her response is ‍ Had I known what I was walking into as far as the service department is concerned, I may have considered a different brand. I sure hope GD gets enough complaints about Woody's service department that they decide to no longer associate with them. We also purchased the extra warranty insurance for $3500. only because we were told it covered things like our fridge, slide, jacks etc.. and apparently nothing is covered under it! Don't fall for their scam. They misrepresent the extended warranty. We took our trailer in because we had a few issues and also a question about our fridge- light was yellow all the time whether on shore power or propane. We thought it was supposed to be green when on shore power. They charged us $135 to tell us that it stays yellow regardless of power source. Our Rear Stab Jacks stopped working (they would only go half way ) and they charged us $98.45 to tighten a wire (said it wasn't covered under Ins.) Light above sink was flickering -charged us another 98.45 to tell us it's not flickering for them- they replaced nothing. Yup still flickering- probably didn't even check the right light. In total we had 7 minor similar items we asked them about. They replaced nothing and charged us for each one but also charged us an additional 8.95 x 7 in shop supplies. I asked them why on top of the ridiculous charges for each item was I being charged for shop supplies when they didn't use any. Fraserway's answer "we automatically charge $8.95 per concern". Our total bill was just shy of $900. to have Nothing fixed (except the jacks) or replaced. Then to top it off after we paid they brought us the wrong trailer- when my husband told them (upon realizing it wasn't our trailer) they brought ours and the back of the trailer and jacks were full of grass and mud. When we took the trailer to them it had just been washed and it was spotless. They said "Well we had to park some of the trailers in the field". But they didn't even have the courtesy to clean off the back. I had asked for the service manager to call me earlier in the day after I was sent the invoice and I did not receive a call back. The service receptionist was nice but according to my husband the service tech who brought out our trailer was super rude and said " Do you want to pay me to wash your trailer" when my husband questioned why it was so dirty. I will NEVER have my trailer serviced there again! Nor will I buy another trailer from Fraserway. I Do Not recommend this place.

In doing our research, we knew what we were looking for but didn't really have any knowledge in what we were getting ourselves into. All we knew was that the wife had particular things she was looking for, as did I. We were introduced to GLEN and he was very slow in explaining how trailers were built, why certain things were a certain way and he took into consideration of all the things were were looking for. What was amazing is that when he explained how the floors were built, he actually started jumping up and down in the center of the trailer! It was NOT something we were expecting. We have since check out 3 other RV dealerships and no matter where we go or what trailer we look at - Glenn has left us with a last impression and we will be looking forward to purchasing a Jayco trailer from him soon.
