1-Star Review I'm…read moreextremely disappointed with the service and quality at this body shop. I've now had to return my car three separate times due to poor workmanship, and each visit has been more frustrating than the last. After a simple bumper repair, my headlights stopped working, which is not only unacceptable but unsafe. The staff has been rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful throughout the entire process. There was no sense of urgency, no accountability, and no effort to make things right or accommodate the inconvenience they caused. It's clear this shop lacks quality control and customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you want your repairs done correctly the first time--or at all. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values their customers and stands behind their work.

My car received some damage and we set up an appointment through Geico to have the damage fixed. The customer service was stellar at Fix Auto! The workers were friendly, nice, and informative. They let us know it would take us a few days to receive a quote and that they would call us with updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our car ended up being done faster than we expected. My car was at the shop and ready after a week. We also appreciated that we were able to schedule a rental through Geico to be ready to be picked up and used at Fix Auto. When picking up our car, we just left the rental at Fix Auto for return. So easy! Overall, a great experience at Fix Auto! Speedy and great customer service! Also I love how they decorate their little office for upcoming holidays. It's the little things that make this place special!

Since my insurance was going to handle fixing and repainting the damaged portion of the vehicle, I decided to go ahead and have Jun go ahead and paint the rest. Wow! I am so happy I did. The truck turned out perfect and now I have the only 4Runner on the planet with a Mercedes paint color on it! They handled everything for me, not just the paint job. I had a broken rear-seat that they were able to fix for me while I had it in, and they even did an oil change. If I ever need more maintenance, body-work, or paint on any of my vehicles, I'm taking them to Jun! It truly is a one-stop-shop!

Sadly I've had the opportunity to use Greensky on a couple of different occasions and I've always…read morebeen impressed by the quality of their work. "Like it never happened" is the standard when it comes to collision repair, and I'd say these guys come very close. You can tell that they care about their work and take pride in its quality. We have used them for everything from a minor scrape to a significant collision repair and always walked away impressed. You can probably find some cheaper places, but I doubt you could save more than 10% or so. Greensky doesn't often source used parts that I can tell, but they do look for opportunities to repair rather than replace, and they think critically about the cosmetic and functional considerations of each repair decision. One definitely doesn't get the sense that they are "out to get you". All that said, I would still treat their initial quote as a minimum rather than a guarantee -- both times the final bill came in a little higher than estimated. I understand this is common in the industry. One thing that Greensky is not great about is the pre-sales process. The vibe I get is that they are eager to get to work, but they don't offer virtual estimates, there is a minimum spend for even an in person estimate, and they charge quite steeply for parking if you leave your car there. My overall takeaway is that they care about their work and would just like their customers to respect their craft and otherwise get out of the way.

Since it's primarily used for dropping off and picking up my son, I decided to seek help immediately. Initially, I chose a Euro Car Doctor closest to my place, but they turned me down. They wasted my time and emotions by giving me no hope and insisting that my car's engine harness part must be replaced. They even claimed that the part couldn't be found anywhere in the country. I was shocked but still had little hope, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and started a project. I sent messages out on Yelp asking if any shop could help, and Mike responded! I was still skeptical because I felt that what Euro Car Doctor had warned me about could be true. However, I decided to go the fair route. I disclosed all my concerns to Mike, and he simply responded in a firm tone that his team could help. I visited BMB RhineTrade, feeling scared and uncertain. But I saw some positive signs. The place was packed, which made me think that it might take weeks for my car to be worked on. However, everything was incredibly straightforward and easy. It was almost as if he read my mind. He met with me, looked through the diagnostic report found by Euro Car Doctor, offered a loaner, and got back to me within hours with a full repair report and an approximate cost. To my surprise, my car didn't need an engine harness replacement after all. And it was fixed within 2 days! Other than that, Mike was patient and let us ask questions. He convinced us from the point that I was desperate to get rid of my old Mercedes because I thought it couldn't be repaired to the point where I realized that my car is worth maintaining and still has a long life ahead of it!
