But then you should not be serving that dish because that is not Panang curry. To me it tasted like a bowl of coconut water.. It had no flavor. I took about two bites of it and I'm like nope. I can't eat a bowl of coconut water with a handful of red pepper tofu I paid two extra dollars for and these big giant clumps of some sort of eggplant. Now one would think when you go to the table to pick up the food if it was not touched good service recovery would be number one you ask the customer how was the dinner but you already know that there's a problem with the ingredients. Number two if the customer doesn't touch the dish at all, you offer something different a replacement none of this was done. They simply picked up the plate brought it back to the kitchen and acted like nothing happened.. now you would think it would be common sense to offer customer service especially after spending $25 for one person and now I'm leaving and I'm hungry and I'm gonna have to go eat somewhere else.
