When I pointed this out, the technician repeatedly told me that everyone's face is shaped differently. While I understand that perfectly symmetrical brows aren't natural, I specifically came to a professional to help shape and balance my eyebrows in a way that suits my face. It was difficult trying to explain what I was seeing. I felt like my concerns were not really being acknowledged, and I had to keep advocating for adjustments. The technician did map out the brows before starting, but the imbalance was still noticeable to me. Eventually, she did make changes, but the response I received was "whatever makes you happy," which felt dismissive rather than collaborative. By that point I was already quite frustrated because I felt I had to push hard just to be heard. I believe communication and listening to the client are very important in a service like microblading. I wanted to trust the artist, but I also expected my concerns about balance to be taken seriously.

As a scuba driver and swimmer, I was so sick of trying to constantly apply "waterproof" makeup that didn't truly last or would cake up. After one consultation with Susan, I was sold. It is 100% worth it if you are on the fence about taking the plunge. It is so comforting to not have to worry about drawing on my eyebrows every day, I have an extra 30 minutes in my morning. They look great and Susan explains every part of the process along the way. I have sensitive skin and she constantly checked on me to make sure that I was not in too much pain. I love my results and can't believe they're going to last. When I need a touch up, I will definitely be going back here!

I let her know I was deaf so a mask made things hard but as I walked in, she was prepared with texting me and showing me how she was doing things. Being super diligent with keeping things sanitized. Even replacing her gloves if she touched her phone. She took her time to sketch out my eyebrows and made adjustments as we looked them over. I liken the feeling to a bad sunburn. I am in love! Granted I already had a good amount of eyebrows but they were super uneven thanks to overtweezing in my teen years! But they're back and prettier than ever! I'm obsessed!

I happened to go to Zita's Instagram page and saw another person's script tattoo and decided that if my daughter could deal with the pain of getting one, so could I. When I met Han, I knew for sure that I'd picked the right person. He was absolutely lovely and put…read moremy mind at rest right away. He explained to me that I could apply a numbing cream to my brows and that the procedure would be painless, the only discomfort I would feel would be a little bit of tenderness where he would have to keep wiping over the brows as he worked. I must admit, I wasn't fully convinced it wouldn't hurt but I knew I trusted Han! We had a consultation where we discussed my expectations of the procedure and settled on a color to use. Han also offered me the option of having a 3D brow where a few colors are put through in the tattooing process to create an even more natural, 3D effect. I loved the sound of this so opted to go for this option. Han then drew my brows in with a black pencil to determine the shape. Once we were both happy that the shape was perfect, Han began to tattoo my brows. It took me a few seconds to realize that Han was actually touching my skin with the needle as I couldn't feel a thing and the needle was so quiet. Finally, my mind was at ease and I laid back and relaxed through the rest of the procedure chatting with Han throughout. After the tattooing was over, Han made sure that I was happy with the results and advised me on the aftercare and gave me a healing balm to apply to my brows throughout the healing period. I loved my new brows already and was so pleased I'd taken the plunge and had them done! I'd like to thank Han for doing such an amazing job, he's an absolutely lovely man who is professional and dedicated to his work and will make sure that he does a perfect job. Kechia recommended nanoblading to cover this previous work and I was happy to take her recommendation. Everyone always wants to know about the pain level. I have a number of regular body art tattoos and I do not think that cosmetic tattooing feels the same. The needle feels thinner and scratchier, almost like a cat is bored and lackadaisically scratching at your eyebrows. Luckily the numbing agent they use after the first pass made it so I didn't feel a thing. Overall, I think it's very tolerable, and the results are worth it. During my touch up appointment we ended up having to go a bit darker in terms of color because the pesky red from my old cosmetic tattoos was fighting to show through. Luckily the touch up did the trick and those suckers are finally covered! Hooray! I had several friends and coworkers who noticed something was different right away and asked what kind of makeup I was using to get my brows so perfect. ;) My new brows were worth every penny.
