Although we've only met once , Denita has left an everlasting impression on me. From the moment I stepped foot in the studio , the vibes were amazing . The space was very clean and up to date . I loved how professional she was , from us sitting down and discussing what kind of look I wanted to go with before I even laid on her table . Jessica did not disappoint. First of all, they accommodated me even though I was running late. Jessica did exactly as I asKed. I came in for a foreign fill which they do not do so they had to remove my lashes then do a full set. The removal wad finished by 9:40 and lashes were done by 11:10. So to ask me to pay for a full set under 2 hours is a bit ridiculous . The host felt bad because i mean LOOK. Their solution was come back for a 30 minute session to fix it AFTER new years. I was better off with the lashes i had initially :(

We were both wearing masks per normal protocol during Covid-time. (This occurred while we are in stage III) We were waiting for his normal person to come meet my son and take him back to her chair for his haircut. We were immediately met at the front by another hairstylist who observed us enter the building and quickly rushed over, and asked demandingly how could she "help us", as if we were solicitors or someone else who was obviously in the wrong place. I told her that my son had an appointment at this time and the name of his stylist. It seemed like it didn't matter what I said, she quickly replied with, "ok well, I need you to step outside." Please let me advise, we were the only people in the lobby and were simply standing there waiting for probably all of 15 seconds. We weren't sitting on their furniture or lounging or loitering. We were paying customers, there at our assigned time. Initially you might think perhaps this person was just having a bad day. But unfortunately my father-in-law took my son to the same place 3 weeks prior to this for his haircut appointment and was treated the same way by the same person. Just a piece of advice, if you work in the hospitality industry, where a large portion of your income relies on tips, just know, there is a direct correlation between your attitude , and the amount of money you receive in tips.
