I had never gotten either of these services before so I had a lot of questions which Kayla answered patiently and personably. She has such a friendly and bubbly personality! The eyelash tint was a little uncomfortable for me but this may be because I was wearing contacts. I probably would take those out next time and maybe even consider a lift and tint since the tint by itself looked nice but was really subtle. Kayla made me feel very comfortable for the spray tan and did an excellent job with the color and tone. I was obsessed! It definitely faded a bit after the third or fourth day but to be fair, I was on vacation and swimming in the ocean and pool a lot. All together the services were $65 which I don't think is bad at all. I'd definitely return and would recommend booking at this local biz!

This treatment was a bit intense since I have sensitive skin and I haven't had a facial in a long time. Before we started my services, Roxie analyzed my skin. She noticed a had clogged/ congested pores and acne scarring. She recommended products that will help with my scarring and also additional treatments to improve my skin. The products are a big pricey however, I took her recommendations seriously since she was able to closely analyze my skin. I will be booking future treatments. My first time, Candis did an excellent job with my lash extensions! It took a bit over the recommended time (closer to 2.5 hours instead of 1.5) and my eyes were a bit irritated the next day, but nothing a few drops of Visine couldn't fix. I loved the final product and they lasted close to 3.5 weeks! I was also happy that she answered all of my questions and even gave me 4 lash brushes because I told her I was traveling and she didn't want me to lose them. The second time, I had Roxie do my lashes. I was a bit nervous to have someone different doing them, but my girl SLAYED it! It took less than an hour and a half, my eyes weren't irritated at all, and they look BOMB. I cannot tell you how many compliments I've gotten on my lashes. Also, the studio is extremely clean, both Candis and Roxie play great music while they work, and they are so nice and easy to talk to. One recommendation, save their phone numbers because each time I've come to the studio the door has been locked. Just give a quick call and they'll come let you in! Best part is there's no kids in this environment. You get to truly enjoy your service without noise/tablets/kids. There's free open parking.

She would be on the phone most of the time on personal calls during the appointment. I had an allergic reaction to the adhesive used in the lashes, and it seemed that it was not a big deal, as the extension application had to be stopped and I was charged the full amount anyway and I left with partial lashes. I actually ended up in the Emergency Room for a bad infection, and there was no follow up or concern on the part of the owner: I thought she might check and see how I was doing after I started having that reaction in the shop. There was a VIP program in which parties, gifts were promised, and there were none (as far as I know or that I was invited to). Over the few times I was there, my lashes weren't pre-cleaned before the application and sealant wasn't used afterward (they were the first two times), as if I was just a money supplier and not important. I felt disappointed in this experience on a whole and that customer service needs to be a better priority.

I had never had lash extensions before and didn't know what to expect. I was comfortable, and was constantly asked about my comfort level which was nice. Obviously, I got a little uncomfortable sitting still for such a long time, as was expected, but was pleasantly surprised by the results. My lashes looked absolutelu beautiful. I am Asian, and have super short and straight lashes that get eaten up by my hooded lids, and somehow the lash technician was able to make something out of nothing. Just like magic. I am overall quite happy with my experience and services. In terms of some constructive criticism, I only have a few nit picky observations. As I have super sensitive eyes, I immediately started tearing up, which is the only warning I have for those new to lash extensions in general. The quality of the lashes themselves feel a little hard and don't feel high end, however (although what do I know; I'm not a professional and I don't know that much. I'm just stating an observation). I'm around week 2 for my lash extensions and I find that my lashes on my left side are falling out significantly faster than my right side, which is a little annoying for someone who is a little obsessive compulsive like myself. Overall, I would rate my experience a 4/5 just because of price, lasting power of my lashes, and quality of lashes.
