I had never had lash extensions before and didn't know what to expect. I was comfortable, and was constantly asked about my comfort level which was nice. Obviously, I got a little uncomfortable sitting still for such a long time, as was expected, but was pleasantly surprised by the results. My lashes looked absolutelu beautiful. I am Asian, and have super short and straight lashes that get eaten up by my hooded lids, and somehow the lash technician was able to make something out of nothing. Just like magic. I am overall quite happy with my experience and services. In terms of some constructive criticism, I only have a few nit picky observations. As I have super sensitive eyes, I immediately started tearing up, which is the only warning I have for those new to lash extensions in general. The quality of the lashes themselves feel a little hard and don't feel high end, however (although what do I know; I'm not a professional and I don't know that much. I'm just stating an observation). I'm around week 2 for my lash extensions and I find that my lashes on my left side are falling out significantly faster than my right side, which is a little annoying for someone who is a little obsessive compulsive like myself. Overall, I would rate my experience a 4/5 just because of price, lasting power of my lashes, and quality of lashes. But customer service leaves nothing to be desired, so I'm giving Lashful Ladies a respectable 4.5/5

I stopped in on a whim and was greeted immediately upon entering. The salon was quiet, well lit,…read moreand spacious. I was asked what type of service I wanted, and I requested a dip powder manicure. The receptionist quickly found a technician who was available to assist me. Although the technician did not introduce herself, the receptionist referred to her as Holly. Holly was very professional and, after I mentioned a recent shoulder surgery, she was mindful and handled my hands with care. Despite a possible language barrier, Holly understood everything I asked, including questions about the cost of the service. There was also a digital menu board nearby that listed the available services and their prices. Holly offered me a beverage without being asked, with options including water, Coke, Diet Coke, red or white wine, and mimosas. It was also nice to see that the soda cans were full-sized, which is rare these days. I paid in cash and was not charged a credit card fee, which many businesses now require. From start to finish, the service took about an hour. I will most likely return and will request Holly.

I'm really not sure why some nail salons offer services that they are not capable of doing…read more I called and asked if they did Gel-x about an hour before the salon was closing and I was told yes so I came in. While Crystal was doing my nails I noticed that as she was glueing the nail extensions they weren't anywhere near my cuticle, so I was instantly concerned because the nails wouldn't last as long and would give an "grown out look", especially with a French manicure and a clear nail extension. Her application of the nails were very messy and sticky, it was glue all over me and for one of my fingers, she applied the nail on and off with the glue about 10 times! A few nails were crooked and the foundation of the nail was just not smooth at all. You could see every flaw through the clear nail extension. I can tell she didn't know what she was doing. She blamed me and said "your fingers are crooked", and your nails are "too curved" for Gel-x extensions. (so why would you continue this service then)? She ended up to removing all of the nails. So after all of the drilling before application, and drilling to remove the nails, my natural nails were so damaged, soft and very sore. My natural nails were perfectly strong and healthy before coming here. I just wanted my nails done for my birthday vacation the next morning and it was such a waste of time (literally an hour) when I could have went somewhere else and got the service that I asked for. I've gotten Gel-x before and I've never ever experienced this! This all could have been prevented if she would have been honest about my natural nails in the beginning of the service! She never apologized or offered me another service, I guess because they were closing. As a Nail Tech myself, this is unacceptable.

Note: again, this was my experience and my very first time at this salon but NOT my first time getting lashes. Pros: Crystal was professional, courteous. Salon was clean. Cons: Lash extension poorly applied. I got my eyelash extensions on Saturday, and I had to have the lashes removed the very next day by a different eyelash salon. I arrived on time for my appointment. In fact, I arrived fifteen minutes early but waited in my car because the salon asks that you not arrive until five minutes before your appointment. No problem...just pointing out there was no need to rush the process. I requested Classic Full Set and received part Classic, part Hybrid. That wasn't a problem. The issue was that my lashes were clumped/glued together. I couldn't even brush them using a spooly because they were so stuck and stiff. Lashes grow at different rates. If they are glued together, this could damage the cuticle, causing severe lash loss. To those who've never had lashes, looking at my eyelashes, you might have said they seemed fine. When I looked in the mirror after Crystal was done, I too, thought they looked fine, but as I drove home, I noticed my right outer corner had more lashes than my left and my eye started to droop a little. The more I blinked the worse it became. The lashes were so poorly applied, the professional who removed them ask, "When did you get these lashes put on?" I said, "Yesterday." She was shocked and went on to say the lashes seemed dry/old and probably shouldn't have been used in the first place. Two, she said there was far too much glue applied. Three, some of the extensions were glued to my top lid with my natural lash, which only happens when you place the extension too close to the base of the natural lash. There was even glue on my bottom lid...Crazy! It took her three soaks with lash remover and two lash baths of my natural lashes before she could carefully, slowly, pick away the glue and separate all of my natural lashes...took TWO hours to remove. Removing lash extensions typically only takes about 30 minutes. The lady was so patient, and in the end, asked that I wait a while before getting lashes because my natural lashes were in bad shape after the ordeal.
