I called and made an appointment for only two days away. The representative called me the day of the appointment when he was on his way. He arrived, removed the damage wheel and repaired it in my driveway. He painted the entire wheel so it wouldn't look patched. He did an excellent job. I can't find on the wheel where the damage was. Tesla referred me to Wheel Exclusive, and I couldn't be happier with their work. Just two days after the "incident," Paul came to my office and repaired and painted the rim. It looks as good as it did on the day we got the car. Best yet, the repair didn't cost a fortune at all. Sadly, I do expect that we'll need to use Paul's services in the future.
