You all know how kids are in the car. I got spilled milk, snack crumbs all over the place that I thought the only way to not see this is to sell the car and buy the new one lol! Anyway, Greg took his time to clean my car very carefully and in the trunk as well. I love how they have flexible package and you pay for what service you need, as opposed to different places that charge $200-300 for cleaning inside and outside etc. I only need the inside clean and Mark (I believe the owner) is okay with that and gave me such a reasonable price! Now my car smells like fresh! I will definitely come back! Highly suggest this place to everyone

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience wasted my time…read more I used K&W's online photo estimating system, submitted pictures of my truck, received an estimate, and scheduled a repair appointment. They sent me a confirmation email for a 9:00 AM Saturday drop-off, and then even sent me a reminder email the morning of the appointment. I arrived on time, but the employee arrived about 10 minutes late. She initially couldn't even find my appointment. After looking it up, she told me they were actually booked for the week and asked me to come back the following week. If your online scheduling system can send confirmation and reminder emails, someone needs to actually manage those appointments. Customers shouldn't have to take time out of their weekend only to be told the appointment they confirmed doesn't really exist. I can't comment on the quality of their body work because they never gave themselves the opportunity to earn my business. Unfortunately, after this experience, I took my truck elsewhere.
