    Cabinets To Go

I would give zero stars if I could…read more Cabinets-to-Go has been an absolute nightmare to work with. From the very beginning, they sold us a kitchen without panel-ready cabinets for our refrigerator and dishwasher--something we didn't discover until after installation. Their "fix" was to cut pieces to size, which looked cheap and sloppy. On top of that, the cabinets themselves were inconsistent in color and grain, clearly defective. When we raised our concerns, they initially seemed responsive, requesting photos and sending a representative out. The rep openly admitted the cabinets were subpar, told us the line had received so many complaints that it had been discontinued, and assured us he'd get approval for replacements. Six months later, nothing has been resolved. During this time, multiple people from the company contacted us promising the cabinets would be replaced. Every time we followed up--because they never reached out proactively--we were told the same story: they were still waiting for "executive approval." No progress, no resolution, no accountability. We've finally decided to walk away and spend additional money with another company to finish our kitchen--something that should have been completed over a year ago. If you are thinking about using Cabinets-to-Go, think again. Should anything go wrong, you will be stuck with defective cabinets and no help at all. This company does not stand behind the quality of what they sell. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money--go elsewhere.

My experience with Jacob was that he was a good salesman, but his team did not know how to properly install cabinets. Such poor craftsmanship that we had to bring in another group of professionals to fix their work. The carpenters cut corners, couldn't make straight cuts and caulked all their mistakes thinking you wouldn't catch it. Please do not go through the same pain we went through with The Kitchen Remodeling group in Hallandale Beach.

The purpose of this review is to provide a detailed, fair and honest review of the service I…read morereceived from Jacob Kligman and his remodeling company. I will highlight what he did right and what he did wrong. It is not meant to harm his reputation or future business, however an informed consumer can make their own decision whether to hire him or not. I hired Jacob to remodel my kitchen and master bed/bath for close to 100 thousand dollars. My experience with him and his company was exhausting, riddled with billing errors, charges for items not provided and extra charges never mentioned in the original contract. For starters the first estimate contained errors that amounted to thousands of dollars in overcharges. From the beginning he did not provide proper supervision and did not take responsibility for mistakes along the way. He charged me for several large items which were broken or damaged by his crew. He also told us three months when the project took over a year. The cabinet installer was the worst. Unskilled and sloppy. He made several holes inside the cabinets trying to find the anchor points on the wall. Moldings and doors were misaligned and large gaps filled in with globs of caulk or not at all. Worst of all, he measured the space for the range hood too narrow and actually gouged out the cabinets to make it fit. This was fixed after he protested and tried to say I purchased the wrong size hood. Not what anyone should expect for the money Jacob charges. His crew had a few gems among them. Denis the tile installer is very talented and did a great job. The drywall work was excellent. Yvonne's design layout was on point. Some of his crew were sloppy, made a mess of my carport, did not cover for dust properly, piled garbage and food wrappings inside of my house which attracted rats. Jacob was very slow to respond to my concerns and a lot of the mess was cleaned up by me. His billing and invoice schedule was not as contracted or discussed. Some changes along the way were over billed, very difficult to follow and notice. I measured things myself only to find out he over billed me for plumbing. Many failed inspections led to unreasonable delays and significant increases in estimate. Jacob finally left the project when I demanded proof of these extra charges and proof of license information on some of his sub-contractors. Since he's left the project, I have had peeling paint, water leaks, loose plumbing fixtures and an electrical issue. Jacob has received other poor evaluations so I urge you to review these before making your decision to hire him. My evaluation is based on my experience with him and is factual. I have dozens of pictures, videos, emails and texts. I have invoices from two other companies I had to hire to repair his shoddy work. He claims he gave me a good deal however, over a year of aggravation, overcharges and poor quality work is not a "good deal". I would not recommend him at all.

We liked Ariel and his team so much and we were so impressed with the quality and speed of the work that we wanted to use them for more. Over a 5-month period, we used Ariel and Full Service to renovate several bathrooms, a home gym, our pool house and our kitchen. Ariel's team showed up promptly every day and they were incredibly professional and kind and made the process of renovating seamless. Their consistent work schedule made it very easy on our family. Ariel is very hands on and would check in every morning to ensure projects were on track. He is incredibly detailed oriented and always went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I greatly enjoyed working with him and his team, and we love the outcome of each and every project. We would recommend Full Service to anyone and we can't imagine using anyone else for our home needs moving forward!

We found Full Service here and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Ariel had our trust as soon as we met him. He was able to help us visualize the big picture from the start. He's not just a general contractor but in so many ways a designer. My wife and I were unsure of exactly what we wanted on a few details. He's very decisive and always led us in the right direction. Unexpected things can come up in the process. He always thought of a cost effective way to work through it. A smart, creative man. Our house was built in 1988 and we did nothing to it since we bought it in 2001. It was time for a full remodel! You would expect the work to to require at least 6 months. The entire structure was finished in a little more than 3 months! Workers were arrived by 7:45 every weekday morning working diligently (and politely!) all day. No issues with materials coming on time. Full Service is an accurate name for the company because they do it all and to me this is the way to go. No worries about disputes between subcontractors regarding one being delayed which causes the next to be delayed, etc. Those variables are eliminated with Full Service. The buck always stops with them. The work performed was outstanding. Our house is beautiful. Wonderful quality at a really good value. Ecstatic with what basically has become a new home. Ariel, Lucas and Debbie - the entire family at the core of Full Service are stars. Incredibly efficient, great communicators, punctual, always there. Anytime we called or texted (sometimes after hours) the call was answered, text or call returned immediately. Absolutely quality people who we consider friends at this point. Couldn't recommend the company any higher. The biggest cash outlay we've ever made and we're so happy with our decision to go with Full Service Corp.

Recently I bought some reacement dishes for a couple sets I bought a few years ago. I was glad they still had this style on hand. They have some great outdoor furniture. It is mostly modern and seems high quality. When the time comes for me to replace my outdoor chairs, I will definitely come here. I also like their coffee makers. They make nice gifts for your favorite coffee lover. I am a member of their rewards program. I don't even know what the perks are since I haven't been told I earned anything. It is free to join. They also offer free shipping on any item that is out of stock from their showroom.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service…read more I placed an online order shortly after Christmas and received an order confirmation email within minutes. However, I quickly discovered that most of the items I ordered were either backordered or no longer available. This was never clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Frustrated, I immediately contacted customer service to cancel the entire order. I was told that the cancellation could not be processed because the items were already being prepared for shipment and that I would have to wait for delivery and return everything to the store instead. What followed was a complete waste of time and an example of very poor customer handling. I received multiple packages over several days, and some items that were supposed to arrive as complete sets arrived partially--such as receiving only one item out of a four-piece set. This level of disorganization is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of control over their logistics and inventory systems. I took the time to return everything I received to the store, only to be met with further frustration. The store associate was unable to process my refund, and the store manager, Brian, was equally unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes made by the company, he dismissed the issue by pointing out that the items were "final sale." This response was not only unhelpful but showed a complete lack of accountability and respect for the customer. While I understand that I purchased final sale items, customers should not be misled into purchasing items that are inaccurately listed as available online. Crate & Barrel should not offer final sale products if their systems cannot reliably reflect real-time inventory or ensure proper fulfillment. Penalizing customers for the company's own operational failures is unfair and unacceptable. This experience clearly demonstrates that Crate & Barrel prioritizes sales over customer care. Being a business is not just about pushing transactions--it is about honesty, accountability, and treating customers with fairness and respect, especially when the company is at fault. This entire experience was exhausting, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing.
