Surprised I hadn't written a review here as I have come to this location many times over the years. This particular visit I parked outside as there is a couple of parking spaces to the west side of the building facing the road that are there for customers only. Once inside I tried unsuccessfully to find a colander as my metal one was broken and refill of their cleaner for my counters in Pink Grapefruit scent. The sales associate checked nothing on either. So I left ordered the cleaner online at the Williams Sonoma website got myself hot chocolate mix too. The colander I picked up at Marshall's but saw that they had it at Costco as well in assorted colors and sizes. If the stores don't have what we need when we want them than we will continue to shop online. In fact I usually go online first. This particular visit I really needed the items for immediate use. read more

I cannot with his place. I regret doing my registry here BIG TIME. Please save your time and money and go to Bloomingdales, they have the best stuff there and you get the best help. Every single time I go to this place it's such a pain, the people there will do everything to make your visit complicated. The stuff they have is pretty good, but gosh the people that work at this location in Silks Run in Gulf stream is absolutely terrible, the manager Sarah is the absolute worst. I recently purchased nonstick cookware from William Sonoma. The store manager told me to buy this and it was guaranteed be non-stick and have a lifetime warranty. In several months the pot started to chip and the non stick was wearing off. When I went back to the store to replace the damaged pieces they don't even carry this in store anymore. I live close to the store and I do enjoy coming here. I come quite often to exchange my soda stream cylinders as well as their pop-up store next-door which has amazing clearance items. Everyone is extremely polite sometimes the service is a little slow but it's generally worth the wait. They usually have nice samples they are giving out and the store gets a strong recommendation. The sales people here are knowledgeable and not too pushy just the way I like it. There is a Sur La Table not too far away in the Aventura mall I think the store is much more refined and better merchandise in stock. read more

Had a horrible experience at this store when shopping and with selecting items for my wedding registry. The manager was not very helpful and I found at times very rude. When I went to return an item I was left waiting when attention was given to other customers who had asked for help after me. I felt like because I was returning an item and not buying something I was not as important as other customers. I also had issues with my l registry. No one helped me by explaining the differences in items and what to pick. In all I feel the customer service can improve and I don't recommend a registry as items selected go out of stock constantly and you are left to research and select new items. read more

Generally, I enjoy my experiences at Williams-Sonoma stores. Today, I was looking for a small gift for my fiancé's mother and there was a sale for 20% off of one item. This ad was listed outside the store, online, and directly on the 'olive oil' section. That was the category of gift I had in mind. Additionally, the coupon worked and was applicable online with no exclusions in any way on the brand or item type for the transaction. Its unfortunate, but I have to give this store a low rating exclusively because of the manager who helped us. In short, he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of looking up specifics or fielding any of our questions, he just put his foot down and said no to just about any question we had. At this point, I went back to the olive oil section and there was ANOTHER SIGN for 20% off olive oils. It even specifically said 'olive oils' and was right next to the item I was purchasing! I asked him why this olive oil does not fall under the discount. He tried to explain that some olive oils are not included. I thought, ok... trust but verify. I then went online (they also have the same 20% off a single item) and the set DID RECEIVE the discount. This was very dishonest behavior especially from a manager. He got really snappy with me and said he would give us the 20% because we kept on asking. In reality, we were already entitled to the 20% as per their promotion, which they listed, with their own specifications. To make matters even worse, he was incredibly pushy about this credit card he wanted me to apply for. I said no politely once. I think he asked at least 10 more times before we left the store. Absolutely horrible costumer service at this location. Been in twice this week because this is the closest store to me. Both times associates unwilling to help, rude to customers. Falsified their hours of operation and then give attitude when you ask why. I researched and called to confirm closing at 9. Arrive well before 9 pm and they closed at 8 without any indication as to why. So sad that this is how this store operates especially when I know the company is not like this as all. read more

I was very excited to use a giftcard I had left and my birthday money to get a nice Le Creuset pot. I got the one I wanted, but when I got home I noticed it had a crack down the side so I called right away and was told it wouldn't be a problem to bring it back. When I did take it back, after getting accused of dropping the pot and making this crack, they did exchange it. However, I had to pay more because they had to order it online. I gave more than one star because they did make it right and were able to get it shipped to me. But I am not happy that I had to pay the online price when I tried to buy it in store. I will be shopping online from here if I want anything ever again because this store also doesn't have anything in stock so don't even waste your time stopping in there. read more

When the Village at Gulfstream Park opened up, it made a move by recruiting a number of longtime Aventura Mall tenants. One of them was Williams-Sonoma. What I like about this location, versus what used to be at Aventura Mall, is that this location has a lot more merchandise. This is the simple result of having more square feet. I could browse through the store all day. The only draw back is the door chime. Please destroy it. read more

I love coming here and getting pancake/waffle mix, braises, soups, and stew starters, etc. Their sale section is a must to not be missed. This store is beautifully decorated and arranged. As a chef-in-training, I love spending time and testing new gadget/tools/devices for my kitchen. Awesome Service! Come here between Sept and December and the air is rich with Mulling Spices!! I love that scent! They sell "high end" cookware here. I emphasize high end because everything is so expensive. Do I really need a $25 spatula? Maybe not, but if it comes from Williams-Sonoma then it probably is a darn good one. I have never purchased cookware here sadly its too rich for my blood. I have however purchased Cookie Mixes,Bread Mixes,Sauces,Waffle Mixes and their once a year "to die for "Hot Chocolate Mix. On my recent trip I got the Pumpkin Bread Quick Break Mix. Well worth the $11 it is one the best pumpkin breads I have had before. Cant wait to go back for the Hot Chocolate Mix. read more

I received a wonderful gift of a popcorn/snack maker but It was too big so I wanted to return it to my local store. The initial salesperson was not happy I was returning this item. She indicated they don't take food items (popcorn and salt in sealed containers) as returns. Ok fine. She checked on the popper that was now on sale. She informed me they were NOT OBLIGATED to take any sale items. I politely asked if they could make an exception (since another sales person helped me find one of their poppers online that was smaller). I was told no. That was it. I don't shop here much but now I won't at all. I wasn't asking for a cash refund - I planned on just getting something I could use. With so many options for shoppers, (there was only one other person in the store) I would hope people would care about making sure shoppers are happy. Not at this store. read more

We've visited a few times - the staff has always been unbelievably nice and helpful. Yesterday we went in looking at Vitamix options. The lady who helped us (didn't get her name) went out of her way to point out the similarities and differences among models, answering out many questions patiently and knowledgeably. She even pulled a model down from the top shelf so we could compare side by side. We left with an ascent model as well as several other items. An extra perk - the parking is right outside so you don't have to lug bags far. Will keep coming back due to their spot on customer service!! read more

I came here on a Sunday in February with my wife. We had a $500 gift card to spend (a birthday present) and we were excited for a little shopping spree. The three people working there were no help at all. My questions were given quick answers and then the person would walk away. No one wanted to "play" with us, I just felt like no one cared, we were in the store for at least 30 minutes and no one came up to us etc. Even when we left with huge bags of stuff, no offer to help or anything. I had to buy a gift for some friends that we're getting married. I had an issue with a gift card I wanted to give them. I took it to a couple other stores that made it out to be a bigger problem than it actually was. Out of all the Williams-Sonomas I went to, this one was the store that treated me with most respect, had the friendliest and most helpful service, and the one that was able to solve my problem in around 15 minutes or so at the max. The manager, Eduardo was very professional, down to earth, and friendly. Should I need some quality cookware in the future, or perhaps another nice gift, this is the place to go. read more
