If i could give zero stars I would. My husband and I met with Ray back on April 30th. We explained to him that we are from the islands and cannot find anyone to do the type of work we needed. He assured us that he could do the job and we were instructed to send photos once we got back home so that he could work on a a design and quote. I sent the photos and several weeks went by with no word from Ray. I emailed again to make sure he got the photos which he said he did and would have the quote to us within a few days. Well that never happened either. I have tried several more times to contact him to no avail. It is now a full 4 months later and nothing. Once we spoke to him in Miami we stopped searching for anyone and flew home thinking we found our guy. We now have to make a return trip to Miami to find someone else that can do the job. read more

Not to argue online. Any changes in drawings that we asked for were not free, we paid for it an EXTRA. It is sad that you promised to come in a couple of days to finish the job and install under cabinet lights, a couple of shelves, and a couple of missing soft closes - but you do not show or respond for 9 month. We have never written a contractor review before so it takes a pretty legendary performance to make that happen. So let's be clear, finding Ray Lafauci (Visions) was a stunning piece of good fortune. They really don't make contractors like Ray and Tim any more. These guys are very old school- they will not leave your job until they and you are satisfied that their work is perfect. But that is only part of the story. They came to our house in Weston determined to make our project happen. These guys are professionals in every sense-they arrive thoroughly prepared, they think through solutions on the spot and they do not take short cuts. What they tell you that you are going to get, you get (or better). We have never experienced less stress in a home improvement project-they know what they are doing and just get on with it. They co-ordinate with everyone else involved and do not allow them to cut corners either. Even though it was not part of their job, on a number of occasions, without charge, they also fixed things that previous contractors had done incorrectly and installed appliances that they could reasonably have left to the manufacturer to install. And what about the results? Everyone who has seen our transformed kitchen has been heaping praise on these guys. It is simply stunning. They truly deliver the "Wow" factor. Their charges are very reasonable but their performance levels are well above the norm. Ray offered us design advice from start to finish. He found us a trusted third party, International Granite (also excellent), to complete the countertop work and even found us the stunning quartz we ended up using. He and Tim have years of experience that is translated into superior attention to detail and exceptional pride of workmanship and organization. How many contractors spend their own time relentlessly looking through coffee machine and microwave drawer specs until they find one that can be adapted to your unique space? How many contractors have the smarts to improvise a novel way to get you what you want? Their energy levels and work rates are truly phenomenal-they started on time, finished on time and worked tirelessly every day. And, incredibly, they do not delegate-you get them and only them (not some inexperienced novice or subcontractor) from first base to wrap-up. So, if you want a genuinely AAA+ kitchen remodeling, refacing or installation experience, hire these guys. You won't find anyone better at what they do or better value for the money. We had a refacing project with cabinets and we had a pdf that had all the details we wanted blum hinges, cabinets on top that pulled up across two cabinets, pull out cabinets that had double shelving, multiple pull outs, accomodation for double oven, special bar for the dishwasher, custom hinges, and all colors that match our existing cabinetry. He not only quickly found the color that matched, but was able to quote us the detailed work and completed the work with perfection and OCDness. He even told us one time we can come by anytime and only a hurricane can stop us. Henceforth, we called him Hurricane Ray. Ray and Ozzie the dynamic duo. They are very detail oriented and got all the hinges, degrees and everything done correctly. We couldn't be more happy. Plus the did the installation of a downdraft that a lot of people couldn't be done because it could potentially shatter the counter. He handled it even drawing a template at night to finish it. NOT the right place for regular kitchens or mid class people !! unfortunately I was not able to do business with them because they never answer back my phone call or message, I spoke with Ray and he asked me to send pics via whatsapp of my kitchen.... after I sent the pics, everything changed !! Just to say my kitchen is a regular gallery one, 8 ft by 8 ft but it "looks like" its no worth it for them.... The worst its that they not even explain me what happend, nothing, they end the comunication with me....that's professional ??? I guess not... In this type of bussiness COMUNICATION and RESPONSIBILITY is a must, but I could not find it on this place, maybe if you have a 300 ft2 kitchen this can change... but that will not make them change their attitude or what they really are.... We would not hesitate to recommend Visions to friends and family. Their communication was clear, the price was fair, and we couldn't find any fault with their workmanship. Ray and his assistant are very good. However, do not use Stoneworld which he will recommend. The quality of the work is awful. The stone chipped in several places within one year. Now four years later it is destroyed. Again, Ray does good work but do not be persuaded to use George from Stoneworld. I contacted him to fix my stone and had to get a lawyer. He wrote me an email and insulted me and send "Do not ever contact me again". The "chips are not covered by the warrantee". $5000 and I am very unhappy with my kitchen. read more
