I chose to continue doing business with them because they are local, even though their pricing is higher than online options. I wanted to support a local provider rather than order from far less expensive online pharmacies. Unfortunately, I have now had two experiences where I believe I received a bad batch of semaglutide, the compounded version of Ozempic. The first time this occurred, they acknowledged the issue and offered a discount, which I appreciated. The second time, I was told no adjustment could be made and that all medication batches are thoroughly tested prior to release. This response was especially disappointing given my long history with the clinic. What stood out most was the shift in how I was treated. The staff are friendly and responsive when placing an order, but when I raised a legitimate concern, I felt as though I was treated like a problem simply for having a problem. After six years, I believed there was a relationship there, not just a transaction. After this experience, I also looked into whether others had encountered similar issues and found multiple discussions on Reddit raising concerns about the CRE-8 pharmacy they use. Several individuals described medication that appeared to have little to no effect, with some comparing it to "a bottle of water." While I understand these are anecdotal reports, seeing them after my own experience was concerning. I have since done comparison shopping and confirmed that the same quality, quantity, and dosage can be obtained from reputable online pharmacies for significantly less cost. Going forward, I will be purchasing through an online provider. I regret that it has come to this, as I genuinely wanted to continue supporting a local business. This review reflects my personal experience and the factors that led to my decision.

They shrank my drive to seek treatment considerably! They've done an excellent job setting up their office as a relaxing environment. Dr Jon is great. He has a chill demeanor to him (which I think is important part of treamtent), listens to your issues, and can adapt his techniques to fit your needs. I've gone in several times with acute pain, which he can normally correct in one visit. Only once that I can recall where I needed to to go back two days in a row. Other times, I go in when I'm feeling a little stiff or notice I've lost some range of motion, and he goes to work on the problem. I've been pretty lucky that they've been able to squeeze me in within a day or two of calling for an appointment, but I have a feeling those days will be ending soon. They're getting a lot busier now. I suspect I'll need to book a more regular appointment, instead of waiting until I feel something off. I wish them continued success!
