Unfortunately, there were some issues with the item, and my initial experience was disappointing. I believe it's just as important to share a positive update when a business makes an effort to make things right. My husband and I visited the store again today, and Peter was more than accommodating. He worked with us, honored our original purchase, and we were able to find a beautiful piece of jewelry that I absolutely love! I truly appreciate the way Peter handled our visit and his willingness to work with us to reach a positive outcome. While my original concerns were valid, I also believe in recognizing good customer service when it happens. Thank you, Peter, for turning a disappointing experience into a positive one. I appreciate your professionalism and the effort you made to ensure we left happy. Manuel and Stacey Silva
